Breakfast was very good and all the free bath amenaties were amazing. My only complaint is that the room was very small.

Very clean, easy check-in with helpful staff. However I wish they had gotten the coffee set out in the lobby earlier in the morning.

I absolutely love this hotel. I wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked for the dates . The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond , they are kind , courteous and friendly . Love all the amenities, free tea, coffee, toletries. I am only.sad that I could not stay longer . Fabulous

The room I was in was small but adequate for me. Bath and shower very good, nice deep bath. Near to Nakasu and Tenjin. Hakata station isn’t too far. There are ample opportunities for shopping, eating and drinking.There are a few shrines dotted about. There is a Ferry port quite close where you can visit some small island and South Korea. Nice quite hotel with very helpful staff.

We stayed for 6 days & the hotel was clean & comfortable except the room was smaller than expected. Should have a wider spread of variety for breakfast. It was a short walk to Tenjin with numerous shopping malls as well as train station & bus terminal. The hotel is located quite near to the airport which is only 4 stations away by subway. Hence, it save us alot time on traveling. Only minor setback is that most of the travel brochures found in the lobby are in Japanese. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

I was in this hotel in weekend. Many other places were fully booked so I didn't have many choices. The hotel was fair overall. Location close to Tenjin station (10 min walk). The room was quite small, furniture in fair condition. No hot water provided for drinking though.

It is nice business hotel, and the room is clean. I got preasant stay in this hotel.

The hotel is easy to find. Just go out from EXIT 1, then cross the bridge and turn right. The hotel offers various things to make us more comfortable such as pillows and personal care.

Pleasant stay overall. Easy check in. The breakfast was good.

Great location in walkimg diatance to Tenjin, Nakasu and Canal City shopping/entertainment districts. Smooth service. Recommended!
