The room was super clean and comfortable. Located right beside the train station. Lots of dining options nearby. Perfect for a place to rest your head after a long day of walking around Tokyo.

I liked that this property had a ice machine and water machine, the bed wasn't too hard by Japanese standards, shower was hot and strong, also had a nice bath to soak your body Staff were friendly

We loved our stay here. This was our first time visiting Japan, so we wanted to book somewhere central to the busy Tokyo areas. This hotel was perfect. It is steps away from Shin Okubo, which is only one stop away from Shinjuku, and has a 7-11 kitty corner to the hotel. The hotel's amenities were also excellent, from complimentary toiletries and coffee to peaceful onsens that were free for guests. The staff were friendly, and the room layouts were terrific. We will be back!

Wlaking distance to train stations

Easily accessible from the Shin-Okubo station, great for non fussy travelers who just want to be close to the action and dont care about having over the top amenities. Hotel was very clean and comfortable for the size of the rooms.

Way more space than we expected for Japan, and just what we needed for a nice place to sleep each evening. My fiancée is quite tall so his knees touched the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet, but there’s not much to be done about that. The shower was great!

A very small room but it was perfect for our 1 night stay prior to leaving Japan. The onsen was, of course, perfection! Staff was lovely and helpful at storing our luggage prior to check in and helping us call a taxi to get to Haneda airport. Bedroom was clean and neat, and bed was super comfy after an exhausting final day in Japan. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Great location, clean room, easy access to train

Really enjoyed our stay here for the Tokyo marathon. Clean, well maintained hotel. The start line for the marathon was walkable and there were loads of affordable restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the room had everything we needed with fresh towels and water bottles delivered to our door each morning. The coffee machine at reception was handy and we got to keep our slippers as a nice souvenir.

Staff are friendly. Three minutes walk to the train station. A lot of options to dine. Train ride to Shibuya, Tokyo, Shinjuku, Ueno, Electronic city are all one train ride away.

We had a fantastic experience staying here! The hotel is incredibly clean, and the shower was a highlight—great water pressure and very refreshing. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to the station, which connects you to all the key stops on the Yamanote Line. The staff were also very welcoming and made us feel right at home. As expected for Tokyo, the room isn’t very big, but it’s well-designed to make the most of the space. The bed was a little firm, and it took some time to adjust, but it didn’t detract much from our overall comfort. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and friendly service!

Only stayed here for one night, but would definitely come back. Close to the nearest station and enjoyed walking around the area.

Our stay in Galois was brief but memorable. It was a good place to rest after traveling all over Japan and well within walking distance of main city Shinjuku. Our room was clean and they provided so many amenities (even things we didn’t even think of). What was especially great was that you can store your luggage even after you check-out which was real helpful for our last day. Appreciate everything!

Great location, only a couple mins from the station. Just one station stop from Shinjuku and a few from Shibuya. The hotel was super clean, the staff were great and the beds were incredibly comfy. A bit of extra space for a room in Japan as well. McDonald’s across the street if you’re looking for an easy breakfast. We recommend this hotel.
