交通非常方便，近JR站, 整體房間十分乾淨， 唯獨冷氣不夠，溫泉很细。

沒有電梯

房間很大很舒服，有微波爐很方便

飯店很新，整體住宿不錯。缺點是沒有停車場，附近有收費停車場，最便宜的停車場為一個晚上400日圓，需要走大概五分鐘才會到飯店。早餐適合外帶，方便趕行程的旅客用餐。

Room is new and very clean but there is no elevator so it’s inconvenient with big luggage.

非常現代的旅館，提供付費自助洗衣房，地點也是很棒，房間乾淨、空間大、有浴缸，推薦！

就在由布院駛前面很方便 裡面的人員服務很好，很有禮貌 因為他們沒有電梯，所以他會自動幫我們把行李箱提到樓上 要退房的時候剛好因為我肩胛骨韌帶斷裂跟服務人員說我的手不方便他們馬上幫我把行李箱提下來非常感謝他們 謝謝🙏 我還會再來希望再一次入住

Hot spring open time is too short.

Really did not expect much coming into it. Originally we booked a onsen place which was old but big with 2 meals served. However, last minute changes, we ended up booking this place. I can only say it was such a nice surprise! Not only is the place clean, it is also very convenient!! This is literally a 2 minute walk from the train station. This is highly recommended for family traveling together. This place has hot spring as well!! What a neat and unique find!!

服務團隊很年輕熱心(有一位臺灣人) 類似民宿，房間很乾淨，有投幣式洗衣機，樓下是一間咖啡BAR，也是旅宿經營的

Such a wonderful experience trip to Yufuin staying in this nice and comfortable hotel , will stay again here

Good point is very close to JR station. But terrible points are, no elevator, need to get heavy luggage upstairs, need to charge 1000 yen if you need to keep luggage there for a couple of hours after check out, hot spring bath available at limited time period , and the smell of the new wood in the room have give a bad day for those who are sensitive to smell, just like those people don’t smoke cannot tolerate smoking room. Think before you try provided the cost of stay is not cheap when compared with other hotels nearby.

地點超好的飯店！出由布院站走沒五分鐘就到了，樓下是咖啡廳🍵，老闆娘&店員小姐都很親切，其中一位店員小姐剛好是台灣人太好了😀溝通無障礙～飯店很新、設備很多、房間夠大、一家四口住豪華四人房～還有澡堂可以泡湯唷！有機會來湯布院一定會想再來住的😀只是小小缺點沒電梯而已
