The place was excellent, and the front desk staff very helpful! My only complaint is that no towels or wash cloths were apparently provided, but I did bring my own, so there were no problems. I would stay at this place again next time I am in Tokyo!

The place was very clean and at least for me, very comfortable. I thought it was a bit pricey for the type of accommodation, but I guess the location made it up for the price. Overall rating is quite high for me!

Very clean comfortable rooms for such a low price. The shared bathroom was equally as clean and spacious with helpful amenities. Totally worth the price if you have a tight budget.

Excellent. I've been to many capsule hotels in the Tokyo area, and this was one of the very best.

Really enjoyed my stay - great location, reasonable price, good facilities, including a good night's sleep, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, etc., etc. I'd highly recommend a stay for solo travellers.

I like the public bath and that you can reserve it for yourself.

Check in was ok, but only can check in from 5pm, as indicated by hotel. Staff is friendly. Can speak english which is good. They have onsen bath where you need to queue for it. It is from 5am to 2am. They have free cup noodles service but only for a short period which ends 11pm or 11.30pm. Did not manage to use this service cause check in after that. Cabin bed was ok. There is a tv in the cabin. You cannot lock the cabin bed though, but they have a locker where you can keep your valuables. They provide a pajamas, slippers, small face towel, big bath towel in the locker. Toothbrush and hair brush are provided at the onsen shower and sleeping areas. Overall, it is a good experience to stay. Very suitable for backpackers.

Cleanliness and an outstanding customer service. My only concern was that 10:00AM to 3:00PM cabin maintenance is too long. Some of us wants a long sleep or relax after a long night .

Very good capusle hotel, very clean in the heart of Yokohama chinatown.

This hotel is great value for money. Clean and comfortable with an abundance of modern conveniences. The capsule rooms are very well designed. I would recommend paying a little more for the premium capsule which includes more privacy and a desk.

中華街のど真ん中にあり、チェックアウトしたらすぐに関帝廟をお参り。 朝食の粥を食べに行けたり、喫茶店へ行ったりと翌日も考えるとアリです。 お風呂の湯船が男女交代制なこと、浴槽が小さい事などは不便ですが総合的には良き

夜遅い時間に到着したので浴場は使えなかったのですが、シャワーを使うことができアメニティも充実していたのでとても過ごしやすかったです。

フロントの方の対応がすこぶる良いです。まるで友達の家に来てるかの感覚でした。設備は使い勝手が抜群によく、中華街に特化した朝食良し、立地良し、の三十丸です。

個室内でスーツケースを開けられる・個室内に置いておけるスペースがあったことと、女性用ラウンジのサービスの良さ、スタッフの方の対応もよく快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

サウナ目当てで予約したのに、当日になって男性用しかないと気付いてショックでした。確認不足だったので仕方ないなと思いましたが、お風呂が熱めのお湯だったので、十分暖まれて良かったです。 部屋はちょっとした作業スペースもあり、カプセルホテルにしては十分すぎるくらい快適でした。また利用させてもらうと思います。 女性もサウナ利用ができると嬉しいです。
