This is a trip with my wife to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The staff have arranged everything before our arrival.Nice room with private open onsen, peaceful environment and delicious cuisine, etc..... Thanks for the arrangement and look forward to staying there in a short moment.

What a wonderful hotel. Nice staffs as they always give you smiles and provide good service. Onsen is good. Room is quiet and bed comfortable. Foods for dinner and Breadfast are delicious. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

非常貼心服務的一間溫泉酒店，賓至如歸！房間寬敞，淋浴設備一流，只是風呂浴缸略為細小，只可容納一人，如果風呂外牆有玻璃在冬季時就可避免客人上下風呂池時著涼。價錢已包含mini bar,一間令人會回味的酒店。

整個入住體驗由房間，溫泉至膳食可用完美兩字來總結。

Location is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had some issues when our room (AC not working) however they were able to switch us to another room.

The staff are out of this world amazing! So nice and accommodating.

It was lovely. The food and private in-suite onsen were all incredible, and the service was also top-notch. Also of note, the beds were particularly comfy.

Veldig luksusfølelse, veldig rolig. Veldig deilig med en egen onsen på rommet. Spennende å bo på en tradisjonell ryokan. Maten var spennende, var litt mye når man bodde der 2 netter. Litt uvant. Var vanskelig å få kontakt med hotellet for henting da vi begge hadde e- sim og ikke kunne ringe men dette ordnet seg med at vi tog taubanen opp og gikk i 5 min

Das Hotel bietet jedem Japan-Enthusiasten eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Mir wurde hier der beste Service zu teil, den ich jemals in einem Hotel erfahren habe. Wer es sich aktiv leisten möchte, sollte unbedingt ein Zimmer mit privatem Onsen und die Halbpension bzgl. des Abendessens buchen - beides ein unvergesslicher Genuss für Körper und Gaumen. Wir sind bei Anreise zur nächstgelegenen Bushaltestelle gefahren und von dieser aus gelaufen. Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist, kann den kostenfreien Shuttle Service des Hotels von umliegenden Bus- und Bahnstationen in Anspruch nehmen. Insgesamt eine unvergessliche Erfahrung auf unserer Japanreise.

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon. The breakfast and dinner every day were fantastic, but the person waiting on us made our experience so much better. She was thoughtful, communicative, and very nice. The in room onsen was magnificent, the beds were the most comfortable we had stayed in all trip, and the spa treatment we received was excellent. Would highly recommend.
