强罗花坛

是一次感受日本文化很棒的體驗，我是看婦人畫報雜誌介紹找到這家溫泉飯店。日式溫泉、奢華會席料理，精緻器皿的使用讓我很開心，光線透視的日式長廊建築很美，整體服務很棒，司機很親切專業，管家的態度溫暖又專業。這次家庭旅遊選擇一晚入住，二個成年孩子們也開了眼界，都說下次還想再來住！謝謝強羅花壇團隊給我們全家留下旅遊美好的回憶

這裏是一間適合度假住宿的旅館，職員服務周到，而且會耐心為我講解設施、食物等等，讓人感覺舒服，值得再來。

room is clean and large, staffs are friendly. This is a nice place to escape from crowded city life.

Even Though my stay was not long, it has been a mermoable and fruitful experience to enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality of this hotel - highly recommend!

地點很好，距離車站走路五分鐘，附近也有一些地方可以散散步，強羅公園自然是必去！住宿各方面真的很棒，獨立泡湯也非常棒，大眾池很可惜的卻完全沒有任何視野。整體服務十分滿意，所有服務人員都服務非常周到！唯一讓我們覺得美中不足的是，第一天晚上的餐點，生魚片吃起來很像已經暴露在空氣中超過一段時間，其他也有幾道菜有點食之無味，牛蒡也吃不出所以然，整體覺得魚類過多應該換成其他肉類，但早餐十分豐盛，我們很享受！旅館爭訟的小禮物也非常非常棒！因為有點是旅館精心準備地點小驚喜所以就不在這裡透露細節。整體而言還不錯但是應該不會再去！主要是因為：距離有點遙遠，價格有點稍貴，晚餐不盡理想，大眾池也有點令人失望。

Waiter is elegant, passionate and thoughtful to provide service by person and the weather. Environment is very quiet to relax well. View is good for maples.

原來這溫泉酒店除了大眾可用的男、女露天風呂泉水是真是溫泉水和1字樓層都是外,其它樓層的房間只是熱水供應當作是溫泉水, 所以我們很失望,幸好服務很細心,晚餐和早餐都不錯,這酒店環境也不錯

高級奢華的享受, 從一入大廳開始就感受到飯店的高檔及人員的五星服務。懷石料理的晚餐極為豐盛, 我們吃的超撐。雖然房間裡已有私人泡湯的設備, 但我們仍然有預約露天風呂的個室, 體驗不同的情懷, 太棒了!

Great service! Really enjoyed our stay here.

Gora Kadan’s staff and service were beyond exceptional! It was the perfect relaxing retreat after running around Tokyo. The onsens and other on-site facilities were top notch, and the kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast was well thought out and delicious. Would definitely book here again!

Gora Kadan is a unique experience, from the moment we were greeted at reception to the moment of our departure. Our room was beautiful and peaceful. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our annoying dietary restrictions (one pescatarian and one who doesn’t eat shellfish) - the food was fantastic. We had a shiatsu massage which was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. We were sorry to leave. Hope we’ll be back

We stayed at Gora Kadan and were deeply moved by the extraordinary kindness and support we received from the staff during a sudden medical emergency. Not only was the team quick to respond and incredibly caring, but one of the staff members even accompanied us in the ambulance and stayed by our side at the hospital to help us communicate with the doctors and medical staff. At the same time, the manager personally drove our children to the hospital so we could all be together as a family during this stressful moment. This thoughtful gesture went far beyond anything we could have expected and speaks volumes about the level of dedication and genuine kindness that defines Gora Kadan. We will never forget the care and support we received. Our heartfelt thanks to Pola, the manager, and the entire team for being by our side when we needed it most.

Beautiful property with lovely attentive staff.

Gora Kadan was easily one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Everything was absolutely immaculate. The onsen was stunning and the kaiseki dinner was an experience to remember. In my view very much worth the money to experience this property.
