Absolutely spacious and well-equipped room at super reasonable rate. Literally room is full-sized 1LDK, with great location to Hakata Station, Tenjin, and Canal city.
Towel is not available to be refreshed daily and you need to wash and dry by yourself. But if you are sick of expensive and tiny japanese hotel, this one will be great choice.

房間放置三張床後空間甚少，出露台也很困難。廚櫃設計有問題，我已碰到櫃角2次。浴室沒有掛衣服的掛鈎，甚為不方便，只是價錢比較便宜及鄰近運河城。

離旁邊hotel很近，很容易搞錯。因為是無人服務，check in 有問題的時候求助無門。差點露宿街頭。室內光害嚴重，廚房窗戶沒有任何遮陽，早上會被曬醒。影響睡眠品質。

I think this accommodation is very convenient. It's very convenient for older people as you can get to the station very quickly. However, the accommodation was too cramped for 4 people and there was no table to eat at. It's okay if two or three people come to live there, but it's a bit difficult to move around if there are many people.
I like its riverside scenery and comfortable accommodation decoration. There are also many restaurants and shopping spots near this building. So I think this place is worthy of the price. It's a pity that the floor in this room is not clean and there is still some dust. It would be better if the floor tidiness was improved. Also I think more trash bags should be provided. But please note that there are no clothes racks in the bathroom, which I think is not very user-friendly.
