房间简陋，隔音超差，唔系非常想省钱都唔好住衣间

I don't believe it was a large cockroach in my room. The room cleanliness was extremely worse. I found a candy in my blanket. Is it cleansing already before I stay? I will not choose it anymore.

地點好，靠近公共温泉，店主友善，服務十分到位。

It fits with the acomodation fee. Basically, there is no staff. Showers and toilets are shared with other guests. Enjoy local spa around the guest house. Do not expect anything. You will be satisfied if you think that is for just sleeping.

It is an unstaffed self checkin hostel. That is not the problem. The problem is that they give the same code to a ton of the rooms so someone came to check in to the room next to mine but unlocked MY ROOM. So the code next door and to my room was the same and it worked so now this random man knew he could get into my room. It is NOT secure or safe. Also they say you can check in with a person between 4-8 but that is not true. Did not feel safe in my room after knowing someone else could use their code to get into my room. Also what would’ve happened if I wasn’t in my room when they unlocked it. Also all my valuables were in the room.

入室した時に、前滞在者の髪の毛が室内に数本落ちていたのと、カーテンを開けた時の窓際の埃が気になった。布団のシーツや布団カバー枕カバーの清潔さでよく眠れた。 また機会があれば利用しようと思う。

お世話になりました。 リフォームされたのか、思っていたより綺麗てました。 一階の共有スペースも綺麗で利用させて頂きました。 有難うございます😊

There was no elevator so I had to carry my luggage to 3rd floor. Nobody was at front desk/office when I arrived and most of the time. The front door was not locked all the time even during night/early morning.

精算方法をもっとわかりやすくして欲しい。 結局は最後までどうしていいか分からず 部屋に封筒に入れた現金を入れてきた

Bathroom left alot to be desired, didn't utilise shower facilities as they didn't look clean. Ladies toilet facilities not much better. Not good value for money given we paid over double the normal price. Kitchen was clean. the one person doing check in did a good job but looked very stressed possibly could have employed extra staff given the extra costs they were charging.

Bon séjour. L'auberge est située à 700m de la gare; et les trottoirs sont moyennement rugueux sur le chemin (ça joue sur l'usure des roues de vos valises). Tout de suite quelques remarques: il n'y a pas de réception, et le responsable est absent en dehors des horaires d'ouverture - ce qui ne veut pas vraiment dire que vous ne pourrez pas laisser vos valises sur place si vous arrivez en avance... car l'entrée reste en permanence ouverte... Concernant le bâtiment: le rez-de-chaussé est refait à neuf, la salle commune est vaste (avec larges tables, TV, coin cuisine, etc.) ; il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (les escaliers sont larges) ; les chambres sont traditionnelles, avec futon et tatamis; plutôt grandes, en tout cas confortables. Pas de toilettes ou salle de bain dans les chambres; mais il y en a des communes dans le bâtiment, donc pas de souci. Pas de serviettes ou autre fournies; on peut en louer (pendant les horaires de la réception). Petit plus: l’établissement donne un bon (par jour) pour un onsen parmi une sélection de trois: deux modernes et proches, mais aussi et surtout le traditionnel Takegawara! (Je *pense* que le bon n'est valable que pour le bain traditionnel, pas leur "bain de sable" - qui vaut vraiment le détour). Le responsable a suffisamment de bases d'anglais pour se faire comprendre et expliquer le fonctionnement de l'auberge. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Freundliches und Aufgeschlossenes Personal. Sauberkeit war im badbereich etwas skeptisch zu betrachten. Die Zimmer waren nicht so gut gegen den lärm von außen isoliert, aber alles im allen konnte man sich nicht beschweren bei dem preis.

Great sevice, great price and very clean.

I had pleasure staying there. There was kitchen available. And there was a big flat screen tv in the kitchen/dining hall. Room was small but good for two person to sleep. They gave me free coupon for the onsen near by(not all of them. 3 places if remember correctly) which i did not used.. There was western staff who speaks english, other staffs were kind and quite helpful. A big shopping center-you me town- was not that far. The guest house was not far from the station. (5~10 min on foot) I watched world cup (belgium vs england) there until 2 am. It was fun thing to do.
