It’s been a great experience with this hotel. Food is fabulous, service is great, in room onsen is very relaxing and enjoyable. Most importantly, this hotel is very children friendly, my 8-year old boy LOVE it. There was the kid menu with big portion and tasty. The hotel provided pick up service from Gora station which is very helpful. I will definitely revisit again.

We had an amazing stay at Hakone Gora Byakudan!
The hotel is beautiful, clean and feels new. As you step into the hotel, you will feel transported to a serene and peaceful space!
The staff are super nice, attentive, and takes great care of you - you can feel that they put a lot of heart into what they do, and they speak good English too!
The rooms are the perfect blend of traditional Japanese and modern comfort. Of course, the private onsen in our room is super lovely! We stayed at the rooms “Ken” and “Jin” for our honeymoon and both are great.
Would also like to add that the food is great too!
Will definitely want to be back again!

失望，食物不好吃⋯住溫泉旅館，其中最期待的便是精緻美味的料理，特別這間旅館費用不平，評價亦高，可惜當天入住，食物不精美、味道不佳⋯不論房內的私人風呂還是公眾風呂也沒有特別設計的園景/自然風景⋯雖然晚上及早上也有自助而免費的Cocktails時段，但對比價錢便顯得比較失望⋯

酒店大堂有種樸素的感覺，員工也很親切，食物中規中矩，但住進房間後嚇一跳，窗戶玻璃有幾個手掌印還有一些手指刮痕很驚嚇，然後走進浴室，淋浴缸竟然跟公共廁所一樣，很老舊也很不美觀，在這個廁所洗了2天感覺很不舒服..排水孔還會衝出一陣陣臭渠味…………….床頭的位置發現有些細碎頭髮沒有清理到，床不舒適，睡下去會聽到彈簧的吱吱聲…

住了三日兩夜，環境好舒服，令人心情放鬆，清潔得好乾淨，房間設備充足，房間裏的露天風呂也很舒服，乾淨，唯獨係地點交通有點遠，但值得一試。

Actually, the location is close to the bus stop. It is easy to find. And the facilities in this hotel are fairly good. The staffs are helpful and willing to serve. Most of them are carrying smiling face. The spring water is very good. If you want to enjoy a relaxing vocation, it is a good choice for you.

一期都不错，唯一一点就是早餐时间太早，最晚8:30需要到餐厅，对于我们这些夜猫子来说有点困难，除非不吃早餐。因为我们是自驾，所以酒店的位置没有觉得不方便，真的在山顶上，离大涌谷近。
