整潔乾淨、寧靜的地方，可以有良好放鬆的假期

I liked that the location is convenient, along the bus route, and the vicinity is quiet. Drawbacks are lack of eateries

Everything was good. It's warm in the lobby and the reception is nice; Hotel is near the bus stop, convenience store (5mins) and restaurant (10mins); The room is neat and tidy and room size is big; Onsen area is quiet. Breakfast is also included. The hotel should add a washing machine and microwave.

去到酒店已經係夜晚八點幾，上嘅山路都算多，建議最好在日間。由於沒有訂餐關係，服務員介紹附近一間只需步行10多分鐘的居酒屋唔錯。 溫泉關門時間為午夜12點，所以每晚夜歸都可以盡量享受浸浴先至入睡。 早餐不是buffet， 選擇比較簡單，只有日式或西式。 總共住了三晚，省了搬酒店時間。 自駕遊，酒店提供充足嘅泊車位，由酒店出發其他景點都方便。

雖然在山區，不過走一段路有一間7-11，員工都很客氣

Reception cannot speak English, we are sure they have onsen when book the room , but they mention no. After a long time checking, finally they mention due to typhoon, the onsen was out of order and closed. If we really need, we can drive about 45 minutes and pay about HK$300 per person to get another hotel can provide onsen service! Finally, we saw somebody was enjoying the onsen service, but they mention that is normal water! (very confusing us, as they said that there was closed, why somebody can still using it !) I was complaining why they did not send me message in advane that the onsen service was out of order, then I can change to the other hotel, they just don't know how to give me an answer. !!! The breakfast was so boring, a big bowl of plain rice and small portion of fish and some vegetables. afterwards we take a short walk around, just cross the road, we saw one place which can provide onsen service with a very low price!

預定一泊二食卻無法依個人時間享用

服務及環境都非常好，溫泉SPA的環境也非常舒服，值得住宿!

Friendly staffs, though they speak limited English. The location is a bit remote, yet the bus station is just in front of the hotel. Further, the hotel is in walking distances to the glass museum and little prince museum. The facility in the hotel is a bit aging.

家族での宿泊でしたが、温泉も広く朝食も美味しくいただきました。 ありがとうございました。

食事も美味しく格式を感じる良い滞在が出来た。

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。朝番の食事も五感を楽しませてくれました。とても満足しました。リニューアルオープンしたら、また利用させていただきたいです。

とっても良いホテルです。

Otroligt överpriset för vad man får. De tog 4000 YEN per natt för en baby säng (!) som dessutom hade en himla massa år på nacken. Det var fullt av damm under möblerna. Hutlösa priser på dryck i lobbyn och ingen annan mat att erbjuda än den flådiga franska restaurangen med vita linnedukar. Trevlig onsen. Ligger bra vid busshållplatsen men i övrigt något ödsligt. Promenadavstånd till en del restauranger:)

Un hotel amplio con muy buena ubicación y maravillosos baños onsen. Es muy recomendable este programa entre Tokyo y Kyoto.

10/10 for the multi-course dinner and the incredible service by the hotel staff, in helping repair my wife’s eyeglasses that broke unexpectedly. This hotel is one we will remember for a long time!
