I gave 5 stars to this hotel as they are excellent in all aspects, 12 mins walk from JR station, surrounding with a lot of restaurants.
The hotel offers men bath at night, and free happy hour feast (but I checked-in happy hour) and free breakfast (ok, with choices of rice, soup, bread, ice-cream, coffee and soft drinks, but no meat and eggs), I would say their CP ratio are very high and have many free surprises to stay there.
Their room is not small and clean, their staff are very nice and polite.
Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

ビジネスホテルですが若干広めなのか、荷物が多くてもわりと快適に過ごせました。
部屋のライトを「明るいー暗い」「暖色ー寒色」宿泊者の利用方法に応じて自分で調整できるようになっているのが、とても良いと思いました！！（全てのホテルがこうなってくれたら良いのに‥）
デスク上のライトが切れていたことと、お掃除はあまり上手ではありませんでした。特にバスタブに浸かると、洗面所の下などが自然に見えるのですが、カビがたくさんありましたし、加湿器も、タンクを外すと、ぬめぬめになっていたので使用を控えました。
駐車場は、ホテルの１階敷地内に3台程度。それ以上は他の駐車場を案内してもらえるのだと思います。
全体的にはお値段からしたら、とても快適でサービスの良いホテルだと思います。また利用したいです。

朝食の時に満席で座る席がなくて困ったが、スタッフに伝えると席を直ぐに用意してくれて良かった。1人席がないため1人の人が二人席を使ってしまうのがもったいない。1人の人は相席するか考えた方がよい。スタッフの対応は全て良かった。サウナ入浴男性のみ利用は時間で分けるなど改善してほしい。

Okay hotel. Nice with microwave etc. in the room. Free happy hour from 18-20. Old but working onsen with sauna... only for men. Breakfast a bit strange with curry rice, miso soup, onigiri, toast bread and yogurt... and ice cream. No egg, pickles, cheese or any meat. About 1k to Nagoya station. Lots of restaurants within a few hundreds meter. Lobby on 1st floor but there is a lift if you call the lobby.

1. Don't seem to accept foreign credit cards so had to run to an ATM to pay
2. Wouldn't let me use the phone to call my cc company saying the phone didn't work, despite them not trying the number I asked
3. Reeks of smoke due to a smoking floor being right in the lobby
4. 'breakfast' is very limited and includes no source of protein
