梦富士花之宿

The staff were very helpful. They allowed us to check in few hours earlier (although key was still provided only on time). Staff offered good service (by delivering our luggage to our room and providing us umbrella when it started to rain without request). The food at breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the portion was adequate. Hotel had a clear view of Mount Fuji. Extra pillows were provided without request. Facilities in the room was as described.

房間對正富士山，景色超級優美，房間空間很大，泊車方便，房間的設施很齊全，員工很有禮貌，詳細講解附近有甚麼餐廳，唯一不好的地方是酒店的入口有啲難搵

酒店環境寧靜， 酒店離河口湖站 只有 步程 十分鐘內， 員工有禮， 房間整潔， 露台可望富士山， cp值高

This is a nice little hotel. The room is big and clean, and the Kawaguchiko station is within walking distance (~5 mins). You can enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji inside the room. But 2 points made my stay not perfect enough. (1) The room cleaning starts (also the checkout time) at 10:00 am, which I think is too early if I am planning for a relaxing trip in such a lovely area. I think 11:00 am would be much much better. Everything is too rush in the morning. (2) All the staff is helpful and nice, except for the Chinese woman. She keeps talking Mandarin to us even though we speak Japanese and English to her. She should be more aware that not every people coming from Hong Kong (and my friend comes from Australia!) speaks Mandarin. Other than that, this is a good hotel.

環境舒適, 近河口湖車站, 見到富士山, 但影相時會有天線, 屋頂入景. 還有周邊食店地圖的貼心提示,

獨立屋，寧靜整潔，在室內不用穿拖鞋也不覺有任何塵埃。可欣賞日落富士山。半夜下雨酒店很細心早上出門口時放上雨傘代用

This is awesome place.

房間落地窗向外即可看見富士山，太感動了！ 服務人員親切貼心，早餐也很豐盛，地點離車站很近。 重點是房間、浴室空間非常大，很棒的住宿環境！

早餐的餐廳可看到富士山，配上悠閒爵士樂，真的好放鬆……房間插座也好多……對於帶一堆攝影器材的我們來說真的好方便……
