Well priced, perfect location if you're flying out the next day as you're as close as you can possibly get to the departures and arrivals of the airport terminal. The check in is swift and the rooms are surprisingly spacious and exceptionally clean. Such a lovely room with great wi-fi, big TV, nice lighting. We were delighted and will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

This hotel was expensive but SO convenient especially for early morning flights. It’s directly connected to the second floor on terminal two, so no long passages or shuttle bus. Restaurant very expensive but some very good options through the doors at the airport

Located at the far end of Terminal 2 it was conveniently situated for us. We stayed 2nights because of a flight snafu. Glad they were here. Breakfast was not the best but there was a big variety, even American fare. $22 for the buffet.

Convenient after a long day of travelling.

Reception was nice, but when I got up to my floor, I was struggling with my trolley and getting into my room. A staff member walked past staring at me for about 30 seconds before asking if I needed help. I was REALLY struggling - to the point I hurt my hand. The trolley was stuck in the door. The sink in my bathroom was also broken and sharp, and I hurt my side on it as it’s right by the shower. Basically, I got injured staying here.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Perfect service. A little expensive but worth it for the comfort and ease of tracel

Great location. Please detail that Terminal 2 is international for ANA only. We flew JAL/AA and had to shuttle to Terminal 3. We chose to stay at Haneda for the convenience and that added a bit more difficulty with luggage.

Wish there were more signs to find the hotel in Terminal 2, but Information personnel helped us

Great hotel, super convenient as it’s in the airport so has access to everything. Staff were friendly and very professional, would stay again :)

The hotel is in a convenient location with a direct connection to Haneda AirPort Terminal 2. Considering the size of the room, the hotel is quite expensive. At check-in the staff was not at all friendly or welcoming, with poor communication skills in English or Japanese which is quite astounding for an international airport hotel. The room was generally clean but the curtains and bed covers were dusty, causing an allergic reaction.
