Henn na Hotel Tokyo Haneda

Theres not much to do around the hotel but a train station is nearby so you can access main tokyo pretty easy.

The room was quiet, comfortable and convenient. Chromecast didn't work, unfortunately.

Less than 10 min walk to the metro. Has free shuttle to the airport. Walkable to the shrine.

Overall a nice place. Staff that were encountered were pleasant and friendly.

Cute lobby decorations (and mini claw games!), friendly staff and a lot of Kombini near by! One of the best hotel experiences I've had.

It’s in a quiet area, not along a busy street but you can walk to the busy street within 3 minutes. There’s a train stop nearby (4 minutes of walking). They cleaned our room daily and were nice and tidy!

The check in was not without issues and we had to call for a human to help us check in correctly. The facilities in the room were great. I appreciated the reading light, air conditioning and projector/tv etc. The only real issue was that both bathrooms in my son's and my bedroom had a horrible smell of bad drains! My daughter's bathroom didn't have a bad smell. The shuttle bus however was a great asset. The hotel was very conveniently sited for the airport, but there was also a subway station within 10 minutes walk.

Nice hotel, close to train station, easy to check in

Great hotel, very near Otorri station. The area is quiet with nice amenities, whilst being only a short (and cheap) subway ride to the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We had a great nights sleep throughout our stay and visited some small local restaurants in the area, which were wonderful. The shuttle bus to and from Haneda worked well for us too. We would recommend this as a great budget hotel.

I reserved a room for 2 at this property a month ago, and chose the option to pay at the hotel. Expedia website made no reference there was a per person charge, it was for a room charge. When I was checking in at the hotel, I was informed I needed to pay per person for a tiny room with no meals attached. It was double the price for a 3 night stay that totaled $516 to stay at a very basic hotel. I also booked the hotel, due to the shuttle service to Haneda Airport. Upon check out, I understood the shuttle service did not operate after 11:00am and restarted 7:00pm. As a result, we need to incur an additional taxi charge to go to the airport. I am a world traveler, I would never recommend this hotel.

Cozy and worth for money. This is a good choice to stay for a night as it is near Haneda Airport.

Breakfast was great. Wonderful eggs, bacon and bread. The coffee was great. The bread was great.

Unique. Robots are fun to see. Room clean and tidy.

Loved that we were able to store our luggage away and the breakfast buffet!

We only stayed for one night and overall it was a good experience. The shuttle bus for the airport was great. The room was a bit small for 4 people but it was ok for one night. The kids loved the dinosaurs check in. Breakfast was not so good for us.

Amazing hotel perfect room and very central to a lot of things perfect start to our holiday in Japan.
