The place was great to stay. The location was 5 minutes from Rinku Town station which was very convenient as we arrived in the evening at 11PM at Kansai Airport. Rooms are decent size for two people. The front desk is self service. So if you arrive after midnight you will need to ring the intercom to have someone buzz you in. Everything went smoothly for us. We did not have the chance to utilize the bath but you will need to still pay for it unfortunately. We would love to come back next time. In the morning it’s beautiful to walk around the waterfront.

ホテルは部屋から景色はとても良かったですが、とにかく部屋がホコリだらけでホコリアレルギーで出て大変でした。バスルームはなんとも言えない臭いに気分が悪くなりました。夜に到着してホテルへの行き方が明確にされていない為JR到着後どの出口からでてどの方向に行けば良いか全く分からず重いスーツケースを持って困りました。チェックインでは名前が登録されていない為時間がかかり、最終的にスタッフさんを呼び出しやっとチェックインできましたが温泉税の300円は事前に提示されていない為お金を用意していませんでした。私が代表で２部屋予約したのですが
息子達の部屋はチェックイン時にパスポートのインフォメーションも与えてしまいました。予期していない事が沢山起きてとても戸惑いました。

Am not a fan of a self check-in hotel. The staff was only available if you need help. Two pillows! And when I asked for two more pillows for the two of us, they said they have no pilllows.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The seaview amazing. Check in with the dinosaur robots was fun. I didn’t like the compulsory bath tax as I wasn’t going to use the onsen. When I booked the hotel months ago, the room facility included a cute robot. But now they took away the robots and you have to pay 1000yen to get it. The settee in the room had stains on it. Also, there is no airport shuttle (and all other hotels around have it) and it’s about 600m from the Rinku Town station. But despite the few hiccups my stay was comfortable.

I enjoyed relaxing at their Onsen overlooking the water, but this hotel is not that easy to find and the nearest station is a pretty long walk if you have luggage. There aren’t any shops nearby and the only restaurant is the one at the hotel, but if you have an early flight out of KIX airport, then staying here a night is convenient.

Overall not great. Wasn’t expecting anything special, as it was an option to be near the airport. Room had a horrible body odor smell the whole time(so much that it hit me every time entering the room). Strange check in with robot dinosaurs(might be good for children). According to my girlfriend the spa was nice(I could not enter because of tattoos). Room quality was average to low. No bottled water in room. No place to purchase hot coffee before 7:30. There were cheaper options nearby, wish I picked that or more expensive.

overall experience was average.. paid for breakfast but didnt manage to because breakfast starts only at 7am. Onsen was nice but unlike other hotels with onsen the onsen opens only at 7am to 1130pm. Expected the breakfast and onsen to start earlier to cater for tourists leaving early to kansai airport.

Great, hotel is clean. But the spa a bit too far from the room. And doesn’t like a Japanese style, more like a Korean style onsen. There is no drinking water offer in the room.

The check-in was a little bit confused for us. They would improve it by separating Name and Family Name if they need us to put them both. Besides check-in, everything was great. The spa was good. And the breakfast was so delicious. There are many options that we could eat.

Very strange place with a pair of automated dinosaurs to greet you at the check-in desk. Was easy to check in, go to the onsen inside, room was clean, and the hotel is situated close to the station that's no more than a 10 minute train ride to the airport.

flight cancelled but hotel no refund and unable to change another date
not flexible handling! most of hotels can flexible to handle, no matter 3-5stars hotel, can free cancel or change another date. But this hotel told me that flight cancelled due weather unable to change date as well.
As a Gold card member of hotel.com and some of 5stars hotel members, i stayed many hotels before, however this hotel is bad service, will not recommend others to stay. very disappointed!!!!!!
