Hotel in good location and very comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. The Executive lounge is excellent.

整個入住期間都很好，香香的味道，安靜乾淨的房間，好的服務，交通方便，步行到車站，巴士站，地鐵站都很近，鄰近木屋町通可以賞櫻。

非常新穎的酒店！地理位置極佳，交通方便；房間寬敞舒適，設計時尚，吹風機質感功能極佳；早餐豐富美味，連吃三天也很滿足；服務到位，京都極爲推薦的酒店！

地鐵東西線京都市役所站走路2～3分鐘、很近。大廳跟房間都很新穎、有低調奢華的京都風格，房間很寬敞舒適，這3天濕度很低，如果房間有加濕機就更完美了。

Beautiful hotel great locstion

Amazing hotel, absolutely beautiful! Rooms are very large and beautifully and simply decorated. Hotel staff is very nice. Great food on the premises and a central location. Highly highly recommended!!

Gorgeous hotel

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and kind, always making us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, spacious, and very well-decorated rooms that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent and very accessible, which made it easy for us to explore the surroundings. Everything about the environment felt harmonious and well taken care of. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we genuinely recommend this hotel. We are certain that we will return on our next visit.

Wonderful hotel in a great location!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel und ebenso Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind groß und fantastisch ausgestattet. Ein tolles 5 Sterne Hilton Hotel dank Empfehlung von Expedia durften wir es für 3 Nächte nutzen.

Very clean and convenient! Great pool and gym! Breakfast is awesome! It would be nicer if the room window is not towards a wall.

Luv this hotel! Stayed here for 7 nights. Modern with a touch of traditional Japanese touch. Staff was great and took their time helping and always smiling and courteous. Hotel feels homey! Will book again in the future whenever I go back to Kyoto! Thanks Yui for helping me book the restaurant!

Amazing stay right in the middle of the downtown . Location was perfect and accessible to everything. Service and amenities was great and comfortable. Modern looking and great ambiance. Love the rooftop bar and restaurant.

Hotel favoloso e posizione in centro perfetta

Muy amables todo el personal, nos ayudaron a quedarnos en mis a habitación al decidir estar una noche más, la alberca es un poco obscura pero de buen tamaño. Solo en el bar son muy lentos para servir y en el desayuno no hay mesas suficientes y siempre hubo que esperar.
