Staff is very nice with helpful advice

房間十分大，多活動空間，牀也十分舒服，但爬上牀的時候十分吃力，牀的穩密性太高，雖然多活動空間，如有友人一起住，沒有一個可以和朋友空間，即使一起談天也有少許吃力

乾淨的住宿環境，床也很舒服，唯一缺點是旅館門口有五個台階，有較重行李會不方便。

我這次來東京跑馬拉松，因為自己的糊塗把馬拉松號碼紙和文件丟在宿舍 後來櫃檯協助我去垃圾堆裏找到號碼紙和文件 很感謝宿舍的櫃檯人員。由衷的感謝

シャワールームも多くて清潔でした。 コワーキングスペースもあり、よかったです。 日本橋がオフィスのため、日本橋行きのバスが真ん前から出ているのも良かったです。

Staff are very friendly and the hostel is very clean. Showrooms are 24 hours open and guests can enter the hostel at anytime with a provided card.

(良かった点) ホステル内の雰囲気は非常に和気藹々としており素敵。キッチンは小さいが、調味料や食器等が無料で提供されていて非常に助かった。またゲストの殆どは外国人で、英語を勉強したい人や、異文化交流が好きな人には特にお勧め。ここで多くの素敵な友人もできた。ロフトやコタツもあり、予想以上に快適な宿泊ができた。施設内の清掃はよく行き届いており、滞在中に不潔に感じた点はほぼ無かった。 (悪かった点) スタッフのゲストへの対応がしばしば不適切。まともに挨拶が出来ないスタッフが散見された。スタッフ同士仲良くはしゃぐのは結構だが、周囲のゲストへの気遣いが欲しかった。また、新人と思わしき大学生をフロントに一人で立たせているのも気になった。また、部屋の乾燥がひどい。長期滞在の場合は保湿クリームは必携。

とってもフレンドリーなスタッフと宿泊者のおかげで快適な滞在ができました!

施設は清潔感があり駅からも近いし、スタッフも皆様感じが良かったのです。ただ、夜中に女性専用ルームをノックする音がし、不安でした。

Staff are great, property was relatively quiet. Rooftop deck is great. Also the use of the mobile phones with local data was really fantastic!! Only downside was the size of the common area is a bit cramped and is unusable if there’s more than a handful of people in there.

Stayed 3 nights here! Same floor with toilet, prayer room, shower & laundry area so it’s so so so convenient for us ❤️ Will definitely recommend this place to others!!!

はじめてカプセルホテルに泊まったので色々勝手がわからず戸惑いましたがベットも広くよく眠れました。ありがとうございました。

残念ながら、三階3Cの天井から、水漏れの音が聞こえるため、一度気になったら寝つけ無かったです。

Station de métro Kodemacho juste à côté, direct depuis Ueno. Équipe accueillante et prête à rendre service. Espace commun à l'entrée très convivial. Lieu propre avec toutes les commodités dont nous avions besoin.

This is a great option for young people or families traveling on a budget. The best part was the cleanliness of everything.

Super Hostel, die Angestellten sind freundlich und versuchen einem Tipps zu geben. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und die Betten bieten Privatsphäre. Toiletten und Duschen sind sehr modern und immer sauber. Das Hostel liegt recht zentral und man ist recht schnell bei der Metro. Absolute Empfehlung

Hostel DEN is very welcoming. I had a great time hanging out there. The location is very convenient for accessing various subways lines and it's close to Tokyo Station.

Stayed in their private double room with shared bathroom. Room is spacious enough for two person and 2 medium size luggage bags. As this was a hostel, the bathroom was sharing but we have no issues with it. Night time, the hostel organizes different activities daily that guest could join. And the property has a rooftop area which guest can chill and relax. Near to 2 different train stations (one is about 3mins walk and another 10mins walk). Something that could be improved on: the handwashing sinks at every floor. As it was automated, found some slight difficulty for face washing and while brushing teeth. Other than that would highly recommend this place for solo travellers, or with friends or with partners.
