第一次住这种类型，觉得还不错，其他房间的客人也很好，很多外国人，讲英文的哥哥姐姐也有，还能一起聊天，酒店的人也相当好，教你怎样坐车之类的，很热情！

Kyoto old house,but gou can feel friendly treat by staffs.nice

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They would recommend good restaurants nearby and help to search the bus schedule for places you want to visit. Some of the guests were going to see sakura and the staff lady even called the temples to make sure the sakura trees were still blooming. I am sure the guests had a good time visiting Kyoto and we had nice chats at nights. :)

本次入住2樓的榻榻米房，面窗陽光充足，房間有提供冷氣、電扇、小桌子與坐墊、防蚊片羽小夜燈以及3個充電插座，1樓的浴室有2間，廁所有2間，洗手台有2個，距離老宅附近有2間浴場 優點：主人相當親切、百年古宅的榻榻米有淡淡的稻香味，有提供浴巾、可免費寄放行李，環境優美安靜 缺點：位置位於住宅區所以較偏有公車站牌(丸太町智光惠院）

去住宿要転公車距離會比較近，附近有超市，吃東西也方便，很有京都古宅的氣氛，老宅建築樓上走路聲音有些大，唯獨怕吵的旅客要考慮⋯

旅館主人和小幫手們都很熱情，可以在交誼廳一起聊天 雖然睡上鋪的時候燈光有點太過明亮，空間也比較狹小 但很適合喜歡旅行交朋友想省錢的背包客

充滿京都風味的住所，服務人員態度很好，服務更是週到。因為很喜歡老的事物，所以對於我個人而言，是一個很棒很棒的體驗。

第一晚晚了到京都，趕不上巴士，只能乘坐地下鐵到二条，然後旅館附近的路實在有點不好找。 經理還蠻友善的，英文也很好。房墊有點太薄，算不上很舒服。其他還好吧

We had a wonderful time here! You do need to keep in mind that you are staying in a very old building and it has some quirks (which in our mind only added to the charm) bathroom and shower are seperate from rooms but are very clean. Very quiet shared space and very kind staff!

Listen people dont stay here unless you are seriously low on funds. The condition lf this place is very shabby. The pictures do it alot more justice than it deserves. I feel bad the staff is really nice but the doors here lock with padlocks on the outside and latch hooks on the inside....the the lights are powered by extension cords that are stapled into the walls. This place needs a massive overhaul to be habitable.

You definitely only get what you pay for. Not the best, but it has everything you need!

Está padrisimo que sea un alojamiento de mas de 100 años, sin embargo la estancia en si deja mucho que desear y lo que mas me incomodó fue que nos cobraran el uso de las toallas cuando es un recurso en todos los servicios de hospedaje. Las colchonetas me parecieron sumamente incómodas, es un alojamiento para chicos de menos de 30 años. La regadera es sumamente peligrosa y bueno el aire acondicionado no funciona como promete la descripción y en reemplazo colocan un ventilador de piso....reservamos 3 noches pero solo aguantamos 2, decidimos retirarnos.

really an adventure, very japanese, very speciel place, we never stayed anywhere like that, no luxury but great atmosfare, quet area, close to buses and shops and temple, we just loved it

隣室の会話が筒抜けですが…それを除けば古き趣きあって大正時代を感じる事ができます。

Very nice support with everything, nearby cultural points like the Nijo-jo Castle, good subway/bus line near to it, beautiful traditional house!
