The location is great. Just few minutes walk from Ueno Station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Room is very tidy and spacious. Staff are very nice and helpful.

員工非常有禮貌，經常面帶笑容，退房當日，我們乘預約車離開酒店時，店員出會和我們道理。
房間整潔度好，廚具及餐具齊全。
可改進的是，如床舖與廚房位置可以的話有門相隔更好，廚食的味道就不會在床舖上嗅到。如房間內有額外的垃圾袋更好，不需顧客自備或需問接待處索取。

CHECK IN 時服務員十分有禮貌,雖然服務帶著口罩,但可以感覺到有笑容。
房間十分淨潔，但廚具(平底鑊)就有花痕、白色杯子有咖啡印。

We did not use the kitchen but the laundry was a godsend. I love the air dry function on the washing machine. It would be better if there was fold out clothes airer. The other thing which was not highlighted is that at the Ueno station exit 3, there are two bridges you can cross over the railway/highway to get to the Ueno night life side(more lively and more eating eating places). Only found this out at the end of our stay)

We really enjoyed our stay in tokyo. The hotel had every thing we needed. Simple, but clean, so quiet, and the staff were lovely. So close to the station, and at night i felt totally safe.
It was small, but as a family of 3 we were comfortable. The washing machine, bathtub, and kitchen were great too.
