Stayed 7 nights with my family in Classical room in 2024 January.
There are convenience stores(7-11, Family Mart), 24h super markets(成城石井Seijo Ishii), and restaurants(Wendy's, Ramen, Yakitori, etc.) nearby.
Hence, you don't need to have the breakfast in the hotel's restaurant which is expensive.
The hotel is close to Gaienmae(外苑前) station(Ginza Line), so it's very easy traveling around.
The room is very clean and soundproofed.
They also provide free bottled water every day.

A nice place to stay at the heart of Tokyo. Very close to Metro station and a relatively quiet area at night. Room is big as expected. Just a few dirt marks on carpet and the toilet seat is broken unfortunately. Also it'll be nicer to have separate lighting control (now you can only choose to switch on or off all lights). Will consider to stay again in next trip.

The room is very old, and the staff's English proficiency is low, making communication difficult. They were unable to address the guests' needs and allowed for a late check-out. However, they ended up charging a fee for it.
Moreover, I realized after returning to my home country and checking the monthly statement that a deposit was charged during the check-out process. I did not use the minibar, so I'm unsure why a fee was applied.

Staff at front desk were amazing! Kind and helpful. However, the actual room had many marks in the wall snd ceiling. The room was run down and desperately needed and update. Also, do not book this hotel if you would like to access the pool/public baths and have tattoos. They are unwavering with their policy and will not let you. Really wanted to like this place but not worth the price.

위치나 방크기는 좋았지만 너무 낡았고 옆에 큰 운동장이있어서 응원하는 소리에 시끄럽고 방에는 햇볕조차 들지않고 아주 어두운 객실입니다 양쪽으로 빌딩이 있어서 뷰도 없습니다 쇼핑만 하고 잠만 잔다면 추천하지만 두번은 안갈듯합니다

Loved the space of our room and the location of the property. A bit on the pricier side, esp for the lack of included amenities for what you pay for. Also the bill was a bit confusing to me on how they break things down. However the staff was quite helpful.
