Great spot

Exceeded expectations. Great hospitality and the off site onsen was a very pleasant surprise.

Nice modern hotel within easy walking distance to train or bus station. A shuttle bus is also available. Foyer was attractive and we were shown to our room and luggage was carried by staff. We had an executive double room which was a bit small. If we stay again we would get a twin room which are much bigger. Buffet breakfast was superb.

All very good, location was excellent and staff was always polite and friendly. Kudos guys!

Great if you are travelling by train. We never got the Buena Vista, weather wasn't great, but enjoyed our stay. Make sure you work out the room light controls, before consuming any alcohol.

Pleasant staff. Lovely lobby with delicious desserts. Beds were a bit hard for my liking but that is a personal preference; our friends liked them. Small rooms but typical. Had nice shower. Town is not as tourist friendly as other areas so plan ahead for meals; many places don’t seat foreigners unless you are invited. We are convenience store foods. The American Burger restaurant seated us at lunch though. The castle is amazing and the mountains are spectacular.

Receptionist was fluent in English & helpful in explanation.

The room was not properly ventilated; it felt very stuffy and the central air was not working properly. Additionally, beds were very uncomfortable- very firm mattress and high firm pillows; bed sheets were also very rough and itchy.

I love this property and stay here frequently. Well situated comfortable and fairly priced The staff are great. Professional and courteous and the breakfast was delicious

Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good. Good location. Convenient parking (btw they charged 1100JY) Room condition is fine; the decor is a bit old. The bathtub in one of our room is leaking, but we did not tell then to fix though since it was late and we were tried.

Clean and safe property. It takes about 7minutes to walk there from Matsumoto Station. Breakfast is excellent.

Small room but very clean, spacious bath with good amenities. Conveniently located within 5 minutes walk from the station. Late checkin. Ideal for the man on the go who arrives with a last train, needs a place to sleep and leave super early.
