Polite staff.

Nice service. The room is not too small. I can put my luggage inside. If the bath room on the 9th floor could be bigger, it would be much better.

绝对是最好的胶囊旅店，有点不像胶囊，房间空间和设施都非常好，洗漱和淋浴空间非常棒，下次有更多时间要泡个澡享受一下

Actually it is quite good for stay for a few days. However, it is a little bit far away to the subway stations. The lobby is at 2/F but it is no worry, because the staff will help you to transfer your luggage by using the lift.

一個人住宿的首選！職員都很友善，經常巡視場各樓層及維持整潔！小至洗手台洗臉洗手泡泡也是！

出門向左面直行就是心齋橋區，很方便，交通也是方便的。 另外整體的整潔度很高，房間的空間也充足。 唯一一點就是房間的抽風扇比較弱，導致剛開始在房間的時候會有一點悶熱。 整體還是不錯的，職員也很友善有禮。

住宿方面舒服，空間尚可，而且有大浴場。 下次仍會再次入住。 但接待處在2樓，去時要拎重行李上樓梯去2樓。 不要我走果時個職員幫我用佢自己職員用的升降機運行李去地下。 (所以推度去果時都可以提出請佢地幫手運行李)

房間整個很寬敞，衛浴設備不需要在跑到外層樓去超級方便，根本就是套房似的旅館。且24小時都有服務人員不怕半夜有事情無法找人幫忙，還有大澡堂可以泡澡，最棒的是男女樓梯及房間是分開的，離心齋橋整個逛街區域只要1分鐘內路程就可以附近便利商店也一堆。

這裡真的很適合背包客來，又便宜又乾淨，地點也算方便。還有毛巾，拖鞋，牙刷，剃刀，睡衣都會提供，還可以泡湯，這個價錢很值得。下次一定會再來住

地方舒適,雖然只是床舖,但有足夠空間能放旅行喼進去.前台服務員有禮.頂樓有公供浴池,非常好. 但要前台在1樓,要從地下的cafe搬旅行喼上樓梯到前台check in,再乘升降機上房間.

In my opinion, all the services and facilities were good and comfortable. Staffs were all kind and very polite. All the daily stuffs such as towers, toiletries and pajamas, will be provided and replaced by clean set everyday. I think there is almost nothing to complain. However, I still bothered by some unruly roommates sometimes. It is a common issue of a hostel. I didn't blame for it seriously.

感覺灰塵太多我都打噴嚏了 都沒有用吸塵器吸 我在空氣中都看得到灰塵 連續住了好幾天都一樣 隔音不太好晚上都有人在整理行李 保潔墊上面都是髒東西 服務人員態度不錯 離車站距離有點遠

Clean, quiet and good walking distance. Extended my visit here because I liked it so much :)

I booked this place, wanting a capsule experience, and found the “capsule room” more appealing to someone traveling with a suitcase. Everything was comfortable /clean/organized until it was time to sleep. I, unfortunately, was uncomfortably hot, even sweating while trying to fall asleep. I tried keeping my curtain open to get some air flow, but the vents were pumping hot, thick air into the corridor. I ended up leaving the building at 3am to cool myself down and went across the street to the convenient 7/11 where I bought 2 ice creams and 3 cold water bottles. I managed to get 3 hours of sleep that night by lying on the water bottles and occasionally pouring water on my face. It legitimately felt like 90 degrees ferinheihht, and that is a lowball guess. I want to think there was a problem with the air, or something abnormal about that particular night. However, I would not have been able to make that discovery, as I booked a hotel at 4am for the remaining nights I was staying in Osaka. The heat and anxiety got the best of me. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk offered a refund for the remaining two nights of my stay. I was not expecting to get my money back. I suggest that those who are temperature-sensitive contact the property before booking to see if there are personal temperature controls. Otherwise, pack 2-3 portable fans and keep it very light to avoid overstuffing your room and adding to the stuffiness.

カプセルとはいっても、部屋が広く快適でした。また、大浴場も夜中の2時まで利用できるのでとても助かりました！ 個室で飲食はできませんが、1Fのスペースは24時間開放されているので、気になりませんでした
