The warm and welcoming staff were really responsive, and it was a great idea to have drinks in the reception area. The guests were wonderful at the end of a long day of sightseeing!

Conveniently located near Kita Senju Station with a high variety of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. If you are a morning person, I strongly suggest including the breakfast buffet with your room rate as off property options are limited prior to 10am.

I wanted to book a hotel outside of Tokyo center and this was perfect! It’s about an hour bus ride from the airport, but close to a train station to get you where you need to go. There’s a lot of food and shopping options too.

Excellent location close to transit, restaurants and shopping. Loved the onsen and massage chair in the room as it was perfect to come back after a long day of sightseeing to both of these wonderful ways to relax.

Excellent hotel!

Favourite hotel of our month long trip. Staff were incredible and super helpful. The stone sauna was lovely. And relaxing. I have tattoos so couldn’t use the onsen so I was very glad there was a private sauna in the baths that I could book and use. Amenities were great. Breakfast was fantastic even with diet restrictions (allergies and vegetarian). My partner and I found ourselves comparing every hotel after to Hotel Coco Grand. We are also a lesbian couple and we had no issues (we weren’t expecting any but it was very comfortable and welcoming)

I needed a quick place to stay for 1 night. Onsen open late. It is small but there was no people at the time. I love watching stars from onsen. The room had a massage chair. I actually never tried one before. It was amazing. I actually miss it so much. Hotel is within waling distance to the station. Gyu Kaku and many other restaurants. Convinience store and park is right near by. The staff is very nice. I like the cute note they left after they clean the room. It tells you who cleaned it and a little about them. Very nice touch. For center of Tokyo!!! great stay.

We enjoyed it being further outside of Tokyo center for its local feel.

Room was cozy bed was cozy everything was nice. Wi-Fi was good really close to the train station which was a plus I'd stay there again

Delicious and varied items for breakfast, excellent staff.

I stayed here as this hotel is only an exit away from my brother, and I will absolutely stay here again. The hotel staff I dealt with spoke enough English for me to check in and understand the house rules, and the rooms themselves are small but comfy. The only thing I can find someone having an issue with could be the pillows as they're a little heavy. Note they do have a spa, but i was advised to make sure, since I have tattoos, that i was there either alone or just not go in at all. The hotel has a free soda fountain and alcohol that you have access to DAILY and breakfast in the morning. The slippers they offered in the rooms are uncomfortable so I'd pack your own. The location overall was perfect, as I was a 2 minute walk from two malls, a 3 min walk to the Kitasenju station, surrounded by food options, thrift store locations, and there's a DonQuijote and a Daiso that are walking distance. 10/10 would stay again

The massage chair is taking too much space to accommodate luggages for two persons.

The property is about 3-minute walk from Kitasenju station that connects to a lot of lines. What we liked most is the breakfast buffet. They serve different Japanese breakfast each day. Our room (double, corner) is bigger than most hotels around Tokyo even the bathroom is bigger. It also has its own massage chair. There are two separate hot springs which we used every night. This is a great amenity for relaxation! They also restock our room snacks and water everyday. Customer service is great too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back if given the chance.

A very plesant stay and well connected to other areas easily. We really enjoyed the more traditional and less touristy feel.

Nice area, shopping mall and convince stores within a walking distances and open until 5 am, safe and lovely environment. Loved it

Old hotel, wallpaper pealing, dark. Quite old fashioned. Near the station.

Out of the way hotel was very nice. Lobby was little run down, but the rooms were lovely, clean and very nice. The neighborhood was full of local eateries and shops!
