This is the coolest hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Newly renovated over the past year, with modern Italian details, very stylish.
It’s walking distance to the Hakata station and all the major shopping areas such as Canal city and Tenejin.
The room is spacious by Japanese standard, we booked the king bed room. Modern and neutral decorations, clean and fresh, with excellent bright soothing lighting.
Everyone at the hotel is sooo nice and made sure every aspect of the stay is comfortable and welcoming.
The unique feature is the hotel is that it includes all day dining. The food selection is abundant, and the bakery and dessert section are comparable to any French bakery and patisserie, it had the best strawberry cream puff.
Staff spoke good English and helped with many recommendations, including massage services, tattoos, and restaurants. The resort fee is very inexpensive, and there is unlimited buffet for guests everyday!
I I think the greatest strength of this hotel is that all the staff do their best for the customers until the end.
The spacious rooms, cleanliness, and stylish remodeling are already mentioned in many reviews. It was really great.
I booked a full board for meals, but I only enjoyed breakfast, so I don't have much to say about the food. It wasn't very diverse, but it was sufficient for breakfast, and both Western and Japanese food were good. (However, the French toast was not as good as other hotels, but the cappuccino was good.)
I have stayed at more than 10 hotels in Fukuoka, but the staff here were particularly friendly. When I checked out, I asked a staff to call to cancel a restaurant reservation and he helped me.
Also, when I picked up my luggage from the storage for hours and got into an Uber, two staffs came out to help me carry my luggage, so I didn't have to carry my heavy luggage.
I really remember how they continued to work hard for their customers even after check-out. I definitely want to visit again next time.
