Everything good but seems over priced. No safety box at room is disappointing.

We got the older room, so it looks dated. But the room and furnishings are still well maintained and clean. It has all the modern accessories we see in newer hotels (USB plugs, web TV) and the Japanese staff do their best to assist us. The breakfast area looks dated too, but it's clean and the spread is good.

Not bad for a budget hotel. You paid for what you get.

The property needs renovation

This hotel honestly has seen better days. It's ok to stay for a night or two but I would not recommend any longer. Pillows are apparently such a premium that it's impossible to get a 2nd one. Also, YouTube is not available in all the rooms. One plus - breakfast was great though.

We all.loved the room there. Everything was provided for us . Breakfast we pre-booked and it was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel! Very convenient and so close to the ocean. The rooms are older but very clean and spacious. It’s a great place to sleep as well. Very comfortable beds. I would recommend.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Aomori Station. Close to the main shopping street too. Very convenient. Room is quite spacious too, with comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast offers a variety of tasty local Aomori Japanese food. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best breakfast buffet

This is a very comfortable, well located hotel, about 10 minutes walk from Aomori station. We had booked a Deluxe corner room so it was a large room with views towards the harbour and the bridge. There was a bonus evening drinks and snacks every night in the dining area as part of the booking. This was a pleasant surprise. There are plenty of restaurants in the main street, a block away.

It was great experienced, staff were quite friendly. They provided free bar coupon (in dinner time) in house bar, they served great wine, Aomori cider and snacks. Will go again for sure.

The hotel was fine. Everything as you would want. Clean. Comfortable. Breakfast was particularly good. A fine range of options for all tastes. The staff on reception and the servers at breakfast were all excellent. I’d stay again.

I stayed in a Deluxe twin room for 4 nights. The room was as large as some of American hotels. All staff were courteous and professional, and breakfast buffet that featured local food such as scallops and apples, and dried sardine ramen was amazing. Would stay there again.

Great staff, very helpful. The twin beds were the most comfortable of all the hotels we stay in Japan for a month. Lots of amenities. They did not have an ofuro nor a safe but did have robes and slippers.
