This is a new hotel in Hakuba. The room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has shuttle bus to Happo One and Hakuba 47. A rental store is right next to the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice. We also walked around to explore the local restaurants. We had a very pleasant experience!

Hotel La Vigne was a fantastic stay—modern, comfortable, and backed by top-notch hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, always going the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience.
One of the highlights was the daily shuttle service to both Hakuba 47 and Happo One, making it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes without worrying about transportation. After long days skiing, returning to a cozy and well-appointed hotel was the perfect way to unwind.
Breakfast each morning was a satisfying start to the day, leaving us full and fueled for our adventures. The hotel’s restaurant was another standout feature, especially the teppan dining experience—expertly prepared and delicious. What made it even more special was the knowledgeable wine concierge, who introduced us to some amazing local Japanese wines, a true hidden gem of the experience.
If you’re looking for a modern hotel with excellent service, thoughtful amenities, and a touch of local charm, Hotel La Vigne is a great choice in Hakuba. Would definitely stay again!
