尼崎 LiVEMAX 酒店

The location is great if you plan to visit among Kobe, Namba and Nara, as you can always arrive these area without changing trains. But beware as the hotel doesn't provide wifi to foreigner (as told by the front desk) (yet, there is LAN port and cable) and there are a few staircases to the entrance.

Super market and Lawson convenient store are just 1 min walk, 2 min walk to Hanshin Amagasaki station. Amagasaki Hanshin is only 10 min to Umeda and 20 min to Kobe! Definitely will be my choice if visit Kansai again. Great service - counter can even call me by blame when check-in late.

当日いい部屋が安くとれてよかったです。

口コミがあまり良くなかったので、覚悟して行ったのですが… リニューアルしたのかな？ 部屋もそこそこ綺麗で、匂いも気にならなかった。 コスパ最高。

各部屋に電子レンジまでがあるのが良い ベッドが固く、寝にくい

禁煙室を予約したが行ってみたら喫煙室にされた 部屋が臭くて寝れなかった

冷蔵庫の容量が小さいので五日間以上の宿泊では不便を感じる。倍の容量があれば良。

線路沿いのため仕方ありませんが電車の音が気になります

ラブホテル より改造されたホテルとなるため、コンセントも少なく、部屋の設計が変でした。

部屋の掃除も出来ておらず部屋の隅のごみが溜まっているなど不快な感じを受けました。

This is the worst HOTEL LiVEMAX I have stayed in. This is a Japanese hotel chain that mainly serves businessmen. I do not expect much from LiVEMAX hotels. My reservation was for two nights. I only stayed one night. Most "love hotels" are cleaner and nicer than this dump. Ignore any of the good reviews for this property.

清潔でなかったのが残念です

トイレのウォシュレットが破損してる。取手も破損。 夜中に誰かがドアをノック…。あり得ない。安かろう、悪かろうというコンセプトなのでしょうか。と思ってしまう。

部屋にカメムシと巨大なゴキブリが居ました。 床や壁にホコリも溜まっており清掃していないのではないかと疑っております。 マットレスよりベットのサイズが小さいので4分の1くらいはマットレスはみ出して寝心地が悪い。 最悪です。

修繕が必要な個所がたくさんある

お風呂の掃除ができていませんでした。 使い古しのスポンジ、髪の毛はあちらこちらに散乱、、、 最近のホテルではワーストです。
