Great view! Was great place to stay while visiting Kawaguchiko to see Mt Fuji. Close to train station and hence to nearby tourist spots. Public bath wasn't hot enough, but still warm and had the mountain view which was nice. Would love to stay again!

Best view of mt fuji ! But the rooms really dirty , very dusty , walls dusty, tissue box was covered in stains , no amenities in thr room , found hair in the bed !

We had a fabulous room and the full view of Mt Fuji is presented from the room.

Unfortunately they were unable to accommodate our dietary requirements and were not willing to point out which food was free from the allergen at the buffet. The location is also not ideal for those wanting to visit lake kawaguchiko, it’s quite a walk and the public transport is infrequent. We relied heavily on taxis.

The food was extremely overpriced for a mediocre buffet and you have to purchase a meal ticket at least 24 hours in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The bidet was so covered in mold that the water could not even come out (thank goodness because that wouldve been gross). The staff was nice and pleasant but i would not recommend this hotel unless you are on a budget

First thing is upon arrival we entered the lobby and it didn’t feel welcoming at all while we checked in with the front desk. Then we get to the room and we found garbage on one of the bed and one of the towel had some sort of lip stick mark on it. However besides from the first night the cleaning staff did a good job cleaning our room. Overall our stay wasn’t too pleasant. The front desk staff never greeting us once and the room felt extremely cramped.

Good views of Mt Fuji but the place is not near any food options and reservations have to be made for buffet. I was not told this at check in and they told me they sold out of seats. They did accommodate me as a solo traveler and the food was ok. Otherwise front desk is nice. They helped me get a taxi to the train station

Good hotel, clean and well located. Staff very helpful. However there were quite a few children running and making noise on my floor late at night. I would have hoped that this would be addressed but it was not.

This place has a view of MT Fuji but it is largely blocked by the roller coaster and electrical lines, the photos of the onsen show views of the mountain but it is impossible to see the mountain while sitting in the bath as the windows are blocked. The worst part was that we were unable to control the temperature of our room without paying for it. The rooms were small. The breakfast was good. Also, this hotel is not near the lake area.

excellent customer service, beautiful property, nice onsen and amenities, but found a used wet towel when we checked in, in our room :(

We appreciated the kind staff and comfortable room and beds at this property, and that it gave us easy access to nearby restaurants and Fuji viewpoints. No trouble at all with parking, and an enjoyable hot spring bath upstairs for guests to enjoy. The restaurant did get extremely busy for breakfast and we had to wait a short time to get our seats, would suggest going very early (before 7) or toward the end (after 830). I would also suggest to the hotel to have all the food covered behind sneeze guards as there were a few guests carelessly coughing near the food and we avoided certain dishes as a result, until replacements were brought out.

The area is close to Fuji Q highland amusement park but you do not hear it when inside the hotel. It is walking distance from some bus stations and if you are willing to walk a little longer it is about 20 minutes to kawaguchiko station. The hot springs were nice and had options for both inside and outside springs. The only issue that we had was with our fridge. We turned it on and put food inside but it did not get cold overnight and all the food went bad. Called front desk and they came to check it and the circuit that connects the on/off switch had been disconnected from the fridge so even though it was set to on it was off. They did compensate us for the loss of our food by giving us a ticket to the breakfast buffet.

I chose a room with Mt Fuji view and woke up to a beautiful picturesque view of Mt Fuji under a clear blue sky that day. Feels like I had a front row view. Very good breakfast buffet but better go earlier as there’s a little wait line.

A good hotel in good location

Hotel is located at nowhere. No restaurant or shop nearby. Kawaguchi is a nice and beautiful town but very crowded and almost any restaurant has a line. This hotel is in the expensive side but does not have sufficient services. The breakfast tickets were sold out, dinner was also sold out. I rather stay in a smaller but more convenient hotel. Other than that, the facilities were good.

Everything was perfect for my son's birthday. Highly recommend this property. Quick. Courteous. Respectful. Everything you would expect in Japan. Awesome job!!!

The location is within 5mins drive from Kawaguchiko Station. There is a big supermarket 5mins walk from the hotel. The room is a bit small for 3 persons. You can see Mt Fuji from the room with view of the mountain.
