It was super clean, excellent customer service!

We enjoyed all areas of this hotel from the Sky Bar to the interesting shops, the small dining areas on the lower level and the gorgeous garden offering a pleasant walking opportunity. It was easy to get a taxi at any moment for seeing Tokyo sights. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The people at the Concierge desk were a huge help to us in planning our day trips. All in all, this was a great experience!

Rooms were very nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the gardens they had around the property, and took lots of photos. However, the pricing for a lot of their restaurants is way too high. We also had various rude interactions with staff members. I would also like to note it was a 15 minute walk to the closest train station. It was not convenient for us. Not something we would book again.

Lovely hotel, lovely garden. Enormous hotel, difficult to find way round. TV choice poor. Great bed! Lovely bathroom toiletries & accessories & pyjamas.

This was a very large Tokyo hotel, so although staff were helpful when required, it was impersonal, the room was clean and amenities great. The one downfall were the incredibly hard beds, my already sore back felt really broken every morning when I woke up, even tried sleeping on the couch part way through the night, but it was only marginally less hard.

Excellent property, the garden side view was amazing, service was excellent. The olny downside was the bed was hard.

A fantastic place to stay in Tokyo, we had a stunning view of the Gardens & the city from the 31st floor, definetly get a garden view if you can! The room was comfy & spacious, the bathroom / toilet were also excellent. Staff were lovely & so helpful. Lots of options for breakfast in the morning & lots of tasty vegan options. The immediate area had a good amount of shops / restaurants & Is just by the river. V ry close to the subway/metro station so excellent access to the rest of Toyko. Very happy with our visit & would come back if we are in Tokyo again.

Exceptional services.

This is a beautiful property, excellent service. I only have two complaints. One - I do not like the heated toilet seat… there should be an option to turn it off. It actually made the bathroom hot and uncomfortable. Two - food is ridiculously overpriced. The cost of the buffet was not acceptable. We would return however kind of a pain to go look for food elsewhere.

Conveniently located close to transport and loads of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful facility with Japanese gardens on site. Super convenient to the train system.

Clean, quiet and recommendable hotel. I wish the swimming pool was open as there wasn’t too much to do at the hotel itself. The staff was friendly & rooms were good value.

Nice and clean property with good dining and shopping options

Very comfortable, clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Good view. Professional staff. A variety of food nearby. Japanese garden is a huge plus. My only complaint is that the rooms were very stuffy. This was in late March, on a 72 degree day and there was no air conditioning. Upon contacting the front desk we were instructed to call room service. They told us to turn off the heater, which wasn't circulating air at all. Our room was about 78 degrees which felt intolerable since there was no air circulation at all. If you are driving, parking can be a bit confusing. Overall, still a good experience but I don't know if I would stay again.

I appreciated the hotel’s prime location—just steps from the subway—and despite its large size, it never felt crowded. The concierge team was especially helpful throughout my stay.
