The apartment is spacious and well-located between two metro stations. It's well-equipped, the only thing missing is a clothes horse! The triple room has three real, comfortable beds (and not a sofa bed, as is often the case). The staff, located in offices elsewhere, is responsive. The ability to leave luggage in the luggage room for early arrivals or late departures is a real plus.
Dear San Franciscan,
Never come to Japan in August unless you think you can adjust to 35 C everyday or 90 F ish. A 10 min walk from Namba station dragging the luggage is a big ordeal and was relief finally as we entered the apart-hotel.
The AC are blasting cold, it has in room washing machine. Dryer, there’s a remote inside the showe room where you can program to dry out for 7 hours with door closed.
Buy your own laundry detergent if not enough. There’s a Laundry mat if you want to do it old school, but I’d stick to what we have. Bed was good, it wasn’t the firmest but it is just enough.
Apparently there’s another remote to adjust the water temperature by the tub, but since it is not in English and lack of instruction, I did not bother to learn.
Very spacious for 3 people. Bring your own towel from 1st floor, leave the used one, by the bucket.
I had a luggage sent to S-Presso West, and they helped to put it inside. Check in at 3 pm and Check out at 10 am.
Free breakfast to S Presso Central - 5 mins walk, booked as you entered the lobby and talk to that Alexa thingy.
Lastly, the keeping of the luggage by Sakimoto Building helps us to explore the city before checking in and after checking out, as long as you pick up before 5 PM.
Yes due to we do not want to push heavy items and get sweaty before going to airport, we called UBER and asked to be drop off by Sakimoto building. It is doable and the math is mathing if you share cost with 3-4 people.
