Amazing place to stay if you don’t care to take taxi to the downtown. The service is outstanding from the first momentum until check out.

One of our favorite hotel experience. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Multi lingual staff make things easier every step of the way. The room and hotel bar are very well designed and comfortable. Concierge recommended restaursnts and onsen are very well for family too. We would love you stay again.

很欣賞酒店的室內設計, 藝術角度非常有心思, 令人有放鬆和舒適的感覺. 酒店位置在Sapporo Factory對面, 環境寧靜, 在札幌站/大通站祇需要步行15-20分鐘的距離, 若果想坐巴士都可以從札幌站附近去到 Sapporo Factory下車. 酒店職員都非常殷切, 服務態度非常友好, Front desk Ms. Wang在我們入住前放下行李那天協助和解決了一些住宿上的小問題, 令我們能安心地前往支笏湖的溫泉假期. 房間在這段時間已經提供暖氣, 但是暫停冷氣供應, 幸好房間的大窗是可以少少打開讓新鮮空氣入到室內, 另外放了一個座地的凉風機在房間內, 舒緩了晚上室內很翳侷的問題. 感謝....希望不久將來可以再入住 M Gallery Collection Sapporo ^<>^

Nice hotel and comfort stay Highly recommended

My husband and I stayed here for a total of 12 nights. Overall our stay was okay. The staff was friendly and welcoming however when we inquired about something, we were told they would get back to us ASAP, but we never heard back from them. We also stayed in two different rooms since we left for two nights to stay at an onsen hotel before returning (same room type) but one seems to be in way worse condition than the other (scratches and scuff marks everywhere, toilet was not auto flushing, and the shower head was malfunctioning). So I guess it’s luck of the draw. Honestly, I expected better from a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately I would not be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. There are probably better options closer to Sapporo station.

Beautiful hotel and the best customer’s service in the Japan hotel and the best hotel in Sapporo. It’s just like the Halekunali hotel in Honolulu Hawaii . The local factory mall is right across the street. We tried the different restaurants. It’s yummy and reasonable prices.

Regret to say there was nothing for vegeterian Miso soup and curries were with fish and meat

Located immediately opposite the very large Sapporo Factory shopping centre with wide range of shops & restaurants. Short distance in 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walking is the JR Tower with all around Observation Deck,shops and restaurants. Hotels was well appointed and staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal for 2 night stay.

Gracious staff, beautiful rooms, fabulous breakfast buffet!!

Premiere shops across the street in the "Sapporo Factory" (a mall) with restaurants as well. Staff are wonderful and concierge team can arrange restaurants and excursions in and around the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, nice style -- this is a boutique hotel -- individual charm not found in a chain.
