东京史塔克斯酒店

唯一的優點就是地點不錯人員服務也很親切~其他設施老舊清潔不夠乾淨有異味，放在浴室的藥膏清潔打掃後還不見了。雖然不是貴重物品，但是這種犯錯誤真的很誇張。

網上訂單列明包免費wifi,但入住後才知道所有房間均沒有wifi. 非常失望。 早餐不錯！份量和味道都很滿意。

很難相信房間會冇wifi 祇有Lobby有，很不方便!

Good chose for couple for sight seeing in the down town or periphery of Tokyo. Price lower than hotel in Shinjuku generally. 50/50 for family with kid, metro station exit with escalator to ground level, and reach to hotel in a minute, but may not be clean enough for kid may roll over the carpet and sofa, you may not pick the provided non-disposable flip-flop even.

又話高速上網只是樓下大堂可以上網，地方又細只能容納２人，張床十分差，梳化明有污漬。 酒店价格和要求是圴等的，我們是消費者是明白，地方整潔用品安全就不能(媽夫)，在東京大 都市房間末能裝WIFI十分不方便有点失望

工作人員服務態度非常好，感覺非常親切，對東京不熟的観光客來說真的是不錯的選擇，而且地點方便，晚上回到飯店也不用擔心找不到吃的地方，下次有機會會再入住。

空調系統壞了幾次。設備殘，不值一千元

extremely close to Railway station, hotel room is relatively big comparing with other hotels in japan, staffs are nice.

本人入住單人房間, 房間算是寬闊, 而且浴室很大及有浴缸. 而且前台幫助送行李至房間, 服務算是不錯. 但是房間冷氣很差, 開至最大都幾乎沒有冷氣. 房間很熱. 由於本人入住時已經很晚, 加上只住宿一晚, 故此還勉強可以接受. 希望只是個別例子. 另外房間亦收不到WIFI, 亦可能需要注意.

Wifi不行

The hotel is just 2 min walk from C6 exit of Ikebukuro station, the room is large in Tokyo standard, but it really needs some touch up/ upgrading. The air conditioning is only emitting warm or hot air making the room temperature too high, we need to open the window at night throughout our stay. There is no wifi inside guest room, and is an obvious false statement as described in Expedia. The LCD TV is also too small for viewing on bed. The breakfast included is quite OK, though it is not serving buffet breakfast and you need to make your choice on one of the four being provided (American/ Japanese/ Pancakes/ Cereal). The hotel is acceptable only when you are staying in winter season and when you are having your own access to wifi.

Compare to general Tokyo hotels, this hotel provides enough space for daily activities. The location is good, next to a shopping mall & the metro. I will choose it again if I visit Tokyo.

位置佳，但熱水供應沐浴不足

just right next to the subway exit C6 easy to find room is big bed is comfortable air conditioner issue - central system, i cannot choose to use cool air. staff provided us a fan which can solve the problem.

room is totally different from photo shown. There is ghost and the stuff don't support and change room for you.
