Hotel Tosmo is very good hotel. Staff is helpful and nice. Hotel is clean and hygienic. It is close to station , walk around 10 min. Hotel is quiet and good place to sleep here. It is located to close to area with cafe and restaurants

從淺草站出來還要在走10-15分鐘, 是一個不遠不近,但當你帶著長輩並在外面逛一整天角很酸時會覺得有點遠的距離XD

Very recommendable

Excellent stay! Attentive staff, clean rooms. Great location

It's a clean, small boutique hotel with 2 rooms per floor. We thought the location is not the best as it's slightly out of the Asakusa area and not many restaurants nearby. Great staff, really helpful. I would probably choose another hotel next time. For the price we paid, we preferred other hotels we stayed at.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is beautiful. The rooftop view is amazing, specially to unwind at night after all the walking. Our room was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

This was our favorite property on our trip. This was the first property we stayed at in Japan and we will definitely come back. The front desk staff were always so welcoming and happy to assist. The room had a cute welcome card and welcome goodies laid out. They had the perfect amount of refreshments downstairs and toiletries laid out in the room. The rooftop was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which is convenient and a convenience in front as well! I will defintely be staying here again!

The staff were absolutely wonderful, from the moment we stepped out of the cab, to the moment we walked out the door. The view of Tokyo Skytree from the rooftop terrace was incredible. The room had everything we needed.

Great place and great staff

Super Ryokan qui sort du lot, on est loin des hôtels surpeuplés ou de la chambre d’hôte un peu trop roots, ce ryokan est merveilleux et l’équipe est aux petits soin comme rarement vu! J’ai adoré !
