Staff was very helpful with getting my luggage to the room for me. Knowledgeable with surrounding areas, knew about nearby events going on nearby, and great recommendations of nearby restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again soon!

I liked that I was able to connect my laptop to the hotel tv. I came to Japan to look for work, but when I wanted to relax at the end of the day, I was able to enjoy my own content on the hotel room tv. The hotel was also close to the train station and near some convenience stores, so I never wanted for anything. There was also a Matsuya nearby which was convenient for cheap eats!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Trend Omiya. Being a "business hotel", the room was compact and well organized with the essential amenities, but most importantly, it was clean at all times. The location is great: only a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station's East exit and in a quiet block. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel Trend Omiya is a hidden gem, super affordable and convenient. I would definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Trend Omiya. Being a "business hotel", the room was compact and well organized with the essential amenities, but most importantly, it was clean at all times.
