Great property in an excellent location

Nice and clean hotel very convenient access to all the restaurants and airport.

Amazing for Terminal 3, Inside the airport 5min walk to the check in desks

This Hotel was really nice the bed was very comfortable. Check was very easy

The hotel was excellent! Although located within the airport, the property was located in a nice, quiet secluded area with immediate access to the airport, busses and trains. I wish there was a better variety of stores to shop at. Maybe some similar to what you will find in the train stations. I would love to have had a bakery with a variety of baked goods within the property area.

No better hotel to stay over for HND flights. Attached to terminal and mall. Excellent amenities including a very well equipped gym ( reasonable surcharge ) and incredible indoor/outdoor onsen. No better way to recover after a long flight. Highest marks.

The room is too narrow

Hotel is great over all, but need to provide more shuttles to Tokyo and big cities near by

This resort screams "classy elegant Las Vegas" (without the casinos) loudly. From the kiosk automated check-in to a 24 hours pub/snackbar, breakfast lunch and dinner buffet restaurant, and an ambiance vibe-lounge with panoramic view of the airport waterfront. It is a killer value to be located right in the mega airport of this megacity. Add a world class Japanese mineralized Onsen cateri g to your every creature bathing comfort and you have the basics of a "destination hotel" for your Asian vacations. The disguise of the small room with custom made furniture is ingenius, you will swaer you had a big room experience in a tiny room airport hotel 😃

Convenient location, comfortable accommodations. But brunch was cut off before advertised time, with not enough employees to serve properly. Overpriced for poor service.

best onsen and very conviniance

Extremely convenient stay if you have an early flight from Haneda airport. Check in/out was simple and took less than 5 minutes. We enjoyed the onsen with a view. They offer cloak services to store the luggage after checkout and they have a decent breakfast buffet too.

Very convenient. Easy check in and out, staff very helpful. Only thing I dislike is the small room. But, I will stay here again on my next trip to HANEDA Japan.

Perfect rest after a long flight. If you have a day or two, there is a lot to do in all 3 terminals. Hotel rooms are super clean and comfortable. There’s a nice gym but has an additional fee to use. Buffet restaurant was okay but crowded. There’s plenty of other options for food.

A very busy hotel. The room has a bad smell and looks dirty.

Very convenient when traveling internationally, since hotel is connected to terminal 3.
