Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Though the hotel is not located in a touristy place, but it is only a 10-minute walk to the JR station, and you'll find many minimarkets and restaurants along the way, which is very convenient! Also, since the hotel is near a JR station, you can easily hop to many popular places in Tokyo (Shibuya, Ginza, etc.). Bedroom ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The room is very spacious compared to many other hotels in Tokyo (compared with hotels with similar$). I had a very pleasant experience since the room was very spacious, clean, and I got to see a beautiful view every day from my room! Important things to know: • You can place a baby stroller in the room hall without folding it. • You can pray (sholat) comfortably in front of the bedroom, not feeling cramped at all. • The room has enough space to open 1 cabin luggage & 1 big luggage. Bathroom ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Clean & spacious. Don't forget to take your toiletries in the lobby! I requested to get a room on a high floor and to have the rooms next to each other (I booked 2 rooms), and they granted all my requests ✅️. Wish I'd taken more photos in the hotel, but this one is very recommended 👍

Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche im Deluxe-Zweibettzimmer (NEW Corner Deluxe, 30 m²) untergebracht. Das Zimmer bot drei bequeme Betten und war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Einzig ein Kleiderschrank fehlt, ansonsten ist alles bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt täglich frische Handtücher und auf Wunsch auch eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung inklusive neuer Bettwäsche. Der Müll wird regelmäßig entsorgt, und alle drei Tage erfolgt eine Komplettreinigung des Zimmers. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Besonders nett: Täglich um 17 Uhr gibt es eine „Happy Hour“ mit Wein, Snacks und Drinks. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Convenience Stores wie Grandpark, Lawson oder 7-Eleven. Direkt hinter der Polizeistation gibt es zudem eine authentische und sehr leckere Ramenküche. Im August ist Tokio allerdings extrem heiß (um die 36°) und sehr schwül, sodass selbst kurze Fußwege eine Herausforderung darstellen können. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Service und kleinen Extras, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen.

Pretty good overall. It would be better if the microwave on the 14th floor is separated from the smoking room and the used mugs in the room can be replaced daily.

Rooms are nice and not too tiny, breakfast is abundant and you have variety for Japanese and western. Convenient location at 5mins walk from JR station and nice supermarket.
