很舒適的飯店，地點又非常方便，住宿一晚隔天中午過後搭機，時間非常充裕，可以在機場逛逛吃飯，下次有機會還會再來。

The way to the onsen is instructed clearly from the room to onsen. However, the way back to the room is rarely directed. As the hotel has thousand of rooms, it is easily to get lost when you want to go back your room. Other than that, everything is perfect and the most surprising part is the welcoming drinks. You must be very thirsty after the spa and you could be comforted by the drinks. Thank you for the hospitality.

Spacious room compared to usual Japan hotel rooms, very clean and feel prestige. Great service and very nice staff.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The reception and all the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was simply perfect – from the cleanliness to the food, the facilities, and the overall service. We could not find a single flaw or issue. Truly a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel right by Terminal 3 (international) of Haneda airport. I arrived in the evening from Narita airport and picked this hotel to stay at since I had a domestic flight out the next day. What was appealing to me when booking was that they offered a rooftop onsen (hot springs pool) in their spa area. The walk from terminal to check-in (on the 4th floor) was not difficult as there were people around to ask to make sure I was headed in the right direction. (I had a duffel bag and heavy backpack with me so I didn’t want to get lost and lug all my stuff longer than necessary.) Check-in was smooth and easy. My room with the river view was beautiful (both at night and in the daytime—it was great to sit by the window and admire the peaceful view while sipping on wine or coffee, both complimentary). There was a welcome gift of senbei along with a variety of complimentary drinks in the fridge (including beer, sake, soda, OJ, and water). The bathroom was really nice with a deep-soaking tub and auto-flushing Toto toilet. And of course, I really enjoyed the rooftop onsen pool. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. The convenience level is top-notch with shops nearby and a 24-hour convenience store. There’s also a free shuttle at Terminal 3 that can take you to the other terminals.

The hotel is connected to Haneda T3 by the covered walkway, easy to get in and out. The hotel is new and in the great shape. There is nothing to do or see in the surrounding area, only take a walk along the river.
