Centrally located, it was an easy walk to great shopping, restaurants and the peace park. The room was spacious with a separate area for the toilet and another for the shower/tub (it was big)! Couldn’t hear any street noise despite being on a main road.

They were excellent and communicated clearly. They gave towels and water every day. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk from trams and buses to Hiroshima Station as well as only a 10 minute walk to the Hiroshima Bus Center. Couldn't be happier with the hotel. The 7-11 downstairs was also super convenient for late night snacks.

Hotel was generously proportioned, with a great lobby lounge area that was perfect for relaxing or waiting for other guests. I appreciated its free coffee machine.
The hotel was unusual (in my experience) for having the room door lead to a vestibule which in turn led to a toilet, a bathroom, and the bedroom. Given that layout, having a sink in the bedroom itself, on the same counter as the desk/TV area, felt a little weird, but overall the room was well appointed.
Cleanliness, furnishings and fixtures were great. Light and relatively spacious.
Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had a pleasant stay; the hotel is convenient for the trams, staff were helpful. There seemed to be a reasonable number of holiday makers, it seems popular. Breakfast was good and plentiful and you can grab a coffee in the lounge at other times. Atmosphere was smart and welcoming, happy to recommend this one. Apart from the obvious historical significance of Hiroshima, don't miss the the trip to Miyajima Island, easily accessed on the local tram and ferry

Smoking room closes at 10pm. Have to go outside to the public smoking area after this time, not good if it's raining! On a plus note, housekeeping were excellent!

The hotel was nice looking and well located to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The room was very dirty. There were two random sandals lying under a desk. Someone else’s dirty underwear were left lying on a chair. Lint, hair, and heavy dust all over the room. I actually wrote wash me in the dust. The laundry room was incredibly dirty with a trail of lint leaving the room which was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. Very strange room layout. You exit the shower to stand right in front of the entry door. The stay was fine, but not impressed with the cleanliness.

Our room was much too small. No drawers, no place for the luggage. Had to store it under the desk area making that not usable for a desk. Room was better suited for one person staying just a night or two. On the plus side, great breakfast.

great location and easy to get around. Excellent Italian restaurant across the street. You can buy a return day pass to Miyajima that covers tge train and the ferry to the island. Very cheap and convenient.
Room was spotless and nicely appointed. My only criticism is that there is not much space to hang up clothing if staying for several nights. Breakfast is better elsewhere as well.

This was a very good and clean hotel. The hotel provided a lot of freebies and comfy Pjs too! The staff were so friendly and also allowed us to leave our luggage the next day whilst we explored the museum.

It was very good. Second staying in Vista hotels. Last time it was in Vista Kanazawa and it was also very good. I recommend this Vista hotels as affordable option for couples an d families
