於19/10/28日入住, 在這精緻而溫暖的飯店可以充份感受主人的好客及美味的早餐. 主人是一位英國人, 所以飯店及房間佈置是溫馨典雅的英國風, 非常漂亮, 很適合拍照. 房間乾淨舒適, 且使用 TOTO NEORST 高級馬桶, 令人印象深刻.
但最令人難忘是主人的貼心服務, Chris 他會在入住前email告知你在輕井澤地區好吃的餐廳及景點, 而且這次也是透過他幫我訂了晚餐. 建議大家到輕井澤時可以選擇這一間CP值不錯的好飯店.

We stayed four nights at the Wellies during the summer. It was superb! The room is spacious and comfortable. The English breakfast and smoked fish breakfast are delicious. Hotel grounds and garden are clean and nicely manicured. We especially love the living room that is cozy and full of character. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design and even choice of every piece of furniture. The hotel is tucked away in one of the side streets - quiet and tranquil - without being too far from the train station. The owner Chris and staff are just wonderful. He picked us up from the Karuizawa station and we were also able to tag along for rides to various places throughout our trip. He also makes the best dining recommendations. Trust him on yakitori restaurants; he knows his stuff! Hotel Wellies is a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it!

服務親切，還有電動腳踏車可租借。距離榆樹街小鎮不遠，環境清幽。房間寬敞，插座足夠，早餐好吃，還有迎賓茶，很推薦。茶几電視處的燈光再足夠些就更好了。

Warm Welcoming and warm room. We booked a room for my family of 4 members. Decent and big room with comfortable beds but only one bathroom to share, yet we were free to use the lobby toilet of same floor. Also the team staff was helpful to carry our luggages up& down the staircase (on 1st floor) as no lift is provided .

Well-located, you may easily access to the sightseeing points. Chris would pick up or drop off you as he could which helps a lot.
The ambiance of the entire stay was fantastic. Was lucky enough to meet a couple who are music lovers - played guitar and with beautiful voice. Time flew when I was immersed with the music, nice food, drinks and chats with Chris, Judy, Alec and the other hotel guests.

適逢聖誕節到輕井澤旅遊，在網上得知維利斯酒店，見到相片已被吸引，於是看過評價後就選擇入住三日，酒店店主及員工每位都非常親切，酒店亦有提供接送，好讓我們來往車站及附近景點都好方便，酒店大廳好有氣氛，由於晚上輕井澤沒有太多活動，晚上我們在酒店大廳聽聽音樂，輕鬆一番。我下次再到輕井澤，必定會再選這酒店。

Warm Welcoming and warm room. We booked a room for my family of 4 members. Well-located, you may easily access to the sightseeing points. Chris would pick up or drop off you as he could which helps a lot.
The ambiance of the entire stay was fantastic. Was lucky enough to meet a couple who are music lovers - played guitar and with beautiful voice. Time flew when I was immersed with the music, nice food, drinks and chats with Chris, Judy, Alec and the other hotel guests.
