We loved this hotel. Staff were friendly and the hotel was top notch. We’ll stay here again!

The staff were great. The room was nice and cozy.The breakfast they have was delicious. I highly recommend the French toast. It is in a great location. There is a Family Mart right next to the hotel and is nearby Hakata station.

Hotel was clean but the rooms are small. The staff was mostly polite and spoke some English but we got a nasty call about us returning a pillow. There is only one pillow per bed and there was spare pillows in the shelf in the hallway so we took one for each of us. We got a call from the front desk saying we had to return one of the pillows because they were short one pillow for a room. What kind of hotel is this that doesn’t have spare pillows? Other than that the location is 5 minutes from the train station and there’s a great yakitori place kitty corner from the hotel. Make sure to make reservations there since they fill up fast

The hotel is opposite to a supermarket, which is very convenient. The parking lot is also a few steps away and is free. The room is clean. The layout of the hotel is very design-oriented. I will stay here again next time.

It was a nice place to stay. Very convenient to train station and nearby konbini.

The hotel is located within short walking distance from JR Hakata Station, with many food options and great shopping. It also provides room that could fix 5 to 6 adults which is very friendly to families.

This hotel is very good value for money. Location also good with Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11 around the area. It is in the middle of Hakata Terminal and Canal City. My only problem is that cleaning ia only every 3 days so you have to kwwp your room clean. Otherwise, the adjoined rooms are very good for families.

The rooms are small but lovable.

Booked for 1 night, would happily book again: Checked in very quickly, friendly staff and a wonderful sized room, which was clean and smelled fresh. Comfortable bed, slept soundly without any issues.

Not much around this area except for a few combine and dining options, which were pretty good. Walkable to Hakata station

駅から近いし周りにご飯屋さんやコンビニも充実していて便利だった。バス・トイレも別で2人での旅行にはありがたかった。新しい建物の方だったので全てとても綺麗でアメニティバイキングも充実でとても良かった。ただ向かい？隣？の部屋が扉をバタンと閉めると自分たちの部屋のドアが振動を受けるので気になった

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Room is the typical Japanese sized. About a 10 minute walk from Hakata station. Close to a couple convenience store and a few restaurants. There is an unmentioned prefecture tax on Expedia that they make you pay on arrival.

Good location that close to everyy

Having 4 beds in the room made it tight but worked well for our family of 5. Kids loved the bath salt options that were downstairs!

Great location, plenty of stuff nearby. Bars, restaurants, attractions. Hotel had all the amenities one needs!
