The room is cleaned every 4 days, making me uncomfortable.

Very Convenient location. There are Subway Station and big convenient store next to the hotel. Helpful staff.

A couple of issues. First, daily cleaning is a must for hotels, that is why we booked a hotel. This hotel offered a free bottle of water or laundry detergent if we opt not to have the cleaning done by 10pm the previous night. We didn't take the option. The next day, we we came across a note underneath our door saying that they wanted to clean the room but we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign. We had to let them know by 12 noon if we wanted the room cleaned or else they would not clean the room at all. The note was left at 11.45 AM under the door. We opened our door at 12.15 PM. Secondly, check out time is very early at 10 AM. When the check in time is 2 PM. For every hour extension, we can pay more than 1700 JPY per hour. I requested for an extension and was allowed until 12 noon only as the room was allegedly fully booked. I was still recovering from tonsilitis and needed a bit more time to rest in the room as the airport pick up was set at 2.30 PM. Reception called at 12.15 PM, and this was how the conversation went. Receptionist: Hello, your check out is at 12 PM, you need to come down now. Me: Sorry, but I think I need more time because... Receptionist: (curtly cut me short) No, no more extension, come down now. Mind you, I am no beggar. I am paying for each hour of extension. You could have waited to listen to my reason but you chose not to. Indeed, a horrible end to leave Tokyo on such a bad note. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

Kamarnya lumayan luas dan sangat bersih.

Dekat ke Shinjuku pusat kota. taxi 900 yen. Kalau 33/4 mending taxi daripada bis karena bis 220y/orang. sebelahnya supermarket jadi bisa masak, karena ada dapur lengkap.

Bagus sekali. Bersih dan lokasi sangat bagus.

The rooms are very spacious for our family, and clean. The location is close to Okubo station, just a 5 min walk. Close to supermarket. And many places to eat nearby hotels. Good job .. will stay here again when Visit japan.

The best part of this hotel is its spacious room size. It's pretty big for a standard hotel in Tokyo. Beside that,there's a lot of great food around the hotel.Very Recommended

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta dan dikelilingi oleh restoran-restoran dan toko-toko lainnya. Kamar lumayan besar dan lengkap sehingga kami sangat merekomendasikan untuk menginap disini.

I really like this hotel. incidentally we ordered the family room to be quite large. around the hotel many restaurants and shops. right next to the hotel there is a supermarket Aon. to the train station, walk 7 minutes.

Menyenangkan, kamar cukup luas untuk ukuran tokyo, resepsionis ramah.

住宿条件不错，靠近BTS，出行方便。

This hotel is situated between 2 JR line stations which makes it convenient to travel. Okubo station is 3 mins away and Shin Okubo is 5 mins in the other direction. If you have luggage, it is better to stop at Okubo because there is an elevator there. There are many shops nearby the hotel and it is easy to find halal meals. The hotel also provides a lot of amenities, is very clean and I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is only one stop after Shinjuku. We travelled from Narita with NEX, changed at Shinjuku to Okubo without any hassle.

Clean, comfort and good location. Near Okubo station.
