到宮島碼頭經觀光資訊中心通知旅館，他們便駕車到碼頭迎接，服務周到。旅館的位置鄰近我們想到的景點十分方便。晚上的懷石料理很好吃。溫泉非常舒適，而且是真正的溫泉（有証明書）。早餐選擇了和式加西式buffet,很飽很滿足！最後，乘旅館的車到達宮島碼頭返宮島口站。

酒店沒有豪華的裝修,但有足夠的歷史痕跡留待你去欣賞及回味,晚餐手藝精緻,定讓你心靈上及胃口上得到滿足,無敵的位置,就在嚴島神社後面,房租加上網站佣金後並不便宜,但我個人覺得物有所值,宮島我會再去,祇要這間酒店有房給我,其他無論如何,我不作考慮.

Room is nice with great view. The outdoor public onsen is great. Staffs can speak English well. They are very keen to provide travel information. They initiated to provide shuttle bus service for the nightboat trip. The driver drove us to watch the night scene of the Great Torii before going back to the hotel. I've had a great time in Miyajima

absolutely loved my stay, from the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The location is perfect — tucked into the trees near Momijidani Park, with a peaceful stream running right outside. Everything about Iwaso felt authentic and special. If you want a true taste of traditional Japanese hospitality, this is the place to stay.

Il Ryokan IWASO è un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile, immersa nella tranquillità dell'isola di Miyajima. La sua posizione, nel cuore dell'isola e circondata dal verde, offre un rifugio di pace. ​La struttura è comodamente raggiungibile dal porto in soli cinque minuti a piedi, ma per chi preferisce, è disponibile una navetta gratuita. La posizione permette di esplorare facilmente l'isola, godendosi passeggiate serali o mattutine prima dell'arrivo della folla di turisti. ​Abbiamo soggiornato nell'edificio storico, in particolare nella stanza 201. La camera era bella ed abbastanza curata, ma non nei dettagli che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo livello. La camera aveva un incantevole terrazzo che si affacciava direttamente sul bosco e sul ruscello adiacente alla struttura. ​L'esperienza del soggiorno è arricchita da diversi tocchi tradizionali: Vengono forniti abiti tipici per la cena e per muoversi all'interno del ryokan. Durante la cena, la camera viene preparata con futon. All'arrivo, viene offerto un tè freddo e in omaggio vengono lasciate delle borsette di stoffa, un gesto molto apprezzato. (Piccola nota negativa: Vista la caratura ed il costo della struttura, ci saremmo aspettati qualche attenzione in più). ​ L'Onsen è uno dei punti di forza del ryokan: pulito, ben fornito di prodotti e dotato sia di una vasca interna che di una esterna. Quella all'aperto, in particolare, offre un'esperienza sensoriale unica, con il rumore del ruscello.

Great experience. We stayed in Japanese room in main building on half board. Couldnt fault the hotel. Staff and hotel amazing.

Excellent Japanese ryokan experience. Loved the japanese style rooms. The meals were excellent a d let you explore the many different flavors of japanese food.

A gorgeous property, top notch and caring service, wonderful food and a beautiful onsen. This is a spectacular place for a stay on Miyajima. We arrived early and our bags were quickly stored. Check in was smooth. The room was large and had a beautiful view of the foliage on the mountainside and sound of the nearby creek. It was so quiet and peaceful! We had included dinner which was delicious as was breakfast. The onsen is magical. Everything about Iwaso was fantastic. Stay here for a traditional ryokan experience. Highly recommended!!
