The location is great. It's a gem in Dotonbori. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

床鋪整理的不是非常乾淨，連續住宿但備品沒有補齊，優點是地理位置非常好，cp值算高

This hotel was amazing location far enough from dontonbori to avoid any loud noises aside from the boat rides but close enough to walk to everything. The rooms are definitely small but the service was really good id say their cleanlieness was awesome we only had 1 cleaning during our stay multiple trash and towel replaces it was really nice i give 4 star on cleanlieness only because if it had been clean property i wouldn't have found a piece of nail in the bed after a full room cleaning or dirt still on bathroom floor. The drinks and pancakes was amazing. I would say if you plan on bring large to extra large luggage this hotel is not for you based off room size. The space under the bed helps to store away luggage but it was still cramped for 2 people and 4 pieces of luggage (2 carry on and 1 medium and 1 large) great location and services was super friendly and welcoming.

Friendly staff, kitchen has free refreshments and pancakes. Room was clean and hotel is located close to food and convenience stores.

In the heart of Dotonbori, literally have the Dotonbori river as it's backyard, from free breakfast and drinks. This place is a must for first timers and small groups. Free Pancakes, Sweet Matcha, Pepsi, Ginger Ale, Coffee, Tea!! The small but comfy and convenient kitchen/lobby with USB charging points was our favourite hang out after a long day of walking around Osaka.

Super easy check out system. Easy to walk to all key parts of Osaka. Free drink machine was great after a busy day.

The staff was extremely helpful at all times. The hotel was close to everything from dining to the subway.

Street was sketchy. Sex hotel a few doors away. Tiny rooms with no closet or drawer space. Bathroom is very small. No place to put luggage. Very hard beds and killed 2 spiders. They do not offer daily cleaning. Would not recommend.

These rooms are very small for two people, even just for one. They’re significantly smaller than other Japanese hotel rooms I’ve stayed in and the room’s finishes, amenities, and cleanliness were not up to standard. It felt quite run down and worn throughout. It’s classed as a four-star hotel but it’s questionable if it even has the amenities to qualify. I’d only recommend this to traveling young adults who want to party in Dotonbori and are willing to “rough it out.” We checked out early and took the loss

道頓堀のど真ん中ですごく便利でした。

Our room had smelled like a dog had been staying there. The dog-smell was so strong we had to air out the room and use deodorize spray to remove it. Also there was a piece of white chewed up gum that was not ours on the bathroom floor when we entered. It was clear the room was not cleaned thoroughly.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the very busy, interesting, and happening Dotonbori area but just far enough to be quiet. Staff were always friendly, helpful, and kept the facility clean.
