Such a great stay! Easy check in, plenty of amenities including babu bath salts, face masks, and more. Really clean hotel, and super convenient transportation and location. Located right next to Aeon mall and the train station.
We came here after our stay at Disneyland and before our way back to Narita airport. From Disneyland it was one train, and to Narita, it was one train ride plus one bus ride.
We would definitely stay again whether it be this location or another!

The hotel is conveniently situated right next to the station and multi complex shopping plaza and Costco. Service was good and their onsite breakfast service was delicious.

A very spacious hotel which provides the necessities. Coffee and hot choc are available at the lobby too! Staff is extremely helpful. Comfortable beddings with clean hotel room. There is also a humidifier in the room. The nearly shopping malls also have good court, restaurant and Supermarket are located just few min walk from the hotel and the train station is only 3min walk. There is no direct train to Haneda and Narita Airport. So be sure to buy return limousine tickets from Haneda Airport to reach the hotel.

Very nice new hotel right next to the JR East RR station. Aeon New City mall also next door. Staff was overwhelmingly courteous and helpful. Nice surprise of breakfast buffet included with western and Japanese items. Convenience store attached also for late night needs. Probably the nicest place we’ve stayed in quite awhile! Highly recommend.

Everything was extremely well, the room was clean, there are a big shopping mall nearby. The only one thing was limited parking in the hotel, staff was very helpful and kindly. Highly recommend to everyone.

Great hotel. Shopping mall is walkable distance. However they only have one convenience store chain in a walking distance. But there is food option's and grocery store in the mall. Convenient if you are staying in Chiba area. (If you are going out to Tokyo it will seem far.)

Awesome hotel for the price if you are staying in the Chiba area. Close to Disney and lala port arena. But if you are going to Tokyo it might seem to be out of the way.

Good cleanliness with quality amenities and helpful staff.
I could safely use the self service laundry machines as each had a pre-wash disinfecting process and could be locked with a passcode during the wash and dry cycles.

My only complaint is for a foreign traveler it was extremely difficult to find parking. Other than that convenient being next to aeon mall and the train station to get around

Onsite parking is difficult because it is limited to 5 slots only and you need to reserve beforehand. Sometimes the slot is booked but no car is parked at all.
