雖然離地鐵站很近，但是走錯出口就會需要繞路，因此事先查好路線很重要，避免花費太多時間抵達

If compared with another 4-star hotel after visit to this hotel, I would say this hotel is far more satisfying. Everything is new and modern, staff was nice and the breakfast in the opposite restaurant provided was excellent. The breakfast was in both japanese and a few of western style. The Japanese breakfast food were really good. Walking to station is easy and near, but please ask people around where the connecting bridge is. Overall is very good and I would recommend to you all.

JR-East Hotel Mets的品質很棒，客房乾淨且配色令人放鬆，獨立空調可自行調節冷氣或暖氣，空間感也足夠，飯店出去下手扶梯就有一間超市及全家，購物非常方便，距離橫濱車站JR西口也非常近，整體來說交通便利、環境舒適、購物方便。

有行人天橋連接酒店與車站，十分方便

酒店各方面都很好

連續住4晚，頭3晚均沒有執房, 原因是環保，不吸塵, 不清潔，只清走房內垃圾桶內的垃圾，垃圾桶外用膠袋裝的垃圾，住到第3晚仍然在房內。天氣炎熱，問前台可否多取一支水，需要收110YEN，真係第一次見!

地點色地點超好

The experience is was excellent in general. The room is small but has all the facilities you need to refresh and take time to rest for yourself. The hygiene is excellent and I feel the room is clean, bright and modern. The amenities were also in high quality. I like the Bath salt they provided for guest for free which was relaxing especially I am on a long trip across Japan. Staff at front desk is helpful and knowledgeable about the good places to eat around. This place is excellently located and you will never run out of places to eat as there are several 24 hours restaurants in 10 mins walk.

離車站很近， JR出口看到CIAL搭電梯上到2樓連通道，便可到飯店。 樓下有超級市場，同一棟樓也有餐廳，到NewoMan 逛街也很方便。 1樓有備品茶包和咖啡，是一個簡單和舒適的飯店。

旅館與百貨車站連通，對推大行李的旅客非常方便。抵達橫濱車站後，可以直接從一旁與車站連通的NEWoMan百貨上二樓，穿過天橋廊道直接抵達旅館。房間不大，清潔度還可以，衛浴簡單方便，就是典型的日本旅館。
