The hotel is located next to Kagoshima Station, convenient for dining and shopping. The room is just big enough for two person and is well appointed.

Love the location of this property - close to shopping and train station. Within walking distance of everything! Only complaint was the "drip coffee" pods in the room. Please invest in instant coffee packets or a Keurig machine. The drip coffee was awful and I'm one of those people who can't do anything without at least one cup of good coffee in the morning. Otherwise, no complaints! Staff was very helpful!

You won’t find a better hotel for the price. Really friendly reception. Everything you need is right at your door step, from shops to trains. The hotel is also surprisingly quiet and peaceful considering its location.

The hotel is directly connected to the train station and all the shopping malls around it. Hence, it was very convenient to take trains and get food around.

A purpose built hotel within the vicinity of the JR station. Stayed here for 1 night, really thankful to the staff for the upgraded room. Highly recommended, will stay again.

Super convenient location. Excellent overall.

Was on the 8th floor. Didn’t think much of a hole in the ceiling covered with a plastic sheet, along the corridor. On my last night, hot water came pouring down out of that hole and flooded the whole floor (scalding hot water). The leak flowed all the way through to the lobby (2nd floor). Staff were doing their best to manage the situation and we were brought to a nearby inn to stay at. But I’m not sure if they’re still processing the effects of the situation, or if they’ll be in touch for some sort of customer service management.

Location is great but room is very small! Okay for single. Tried to upgrade to larger room but everything was sold out.

I loved the amenities bar upon check-in which allowed me to select from a wide range of toiletries as well a tea and coffee. The Japanese breakfast was also top notch, highlighting local foods and traditional favorites.

Miscommunication on double bed and two beds in one room.

Very convenient if using the JR line. Hotel is a bit old but still okay. It had an easy way to store your luggage before checkin and even for a few hours at checkout.

Good location and easy to walk around the city.
