A comfortable modern hotel a short walk from Kyoto station. The rooms are well designed and comfortable with a reasonable amount of space. There is a convenience store attached to the hotel and others nearby. The reception staff were polite, efficient, and helpful. A good choice for a visit to Kyoto.

Hotel terbaik nih sejauh yang saya tahu ya, lokasinya cuma 150m dari Stasiun Kyoto, hotelnya mewah banget untuk level bintang setara dia, pelayanan ramah banget, kamar dibersihkan tiap hari tanpa diminta, handuk dan lain-lain diganti tiap hari. Di bawahnya dekat lobby ada 7-Eleven, sekitarnya ada mal yang ada Uniqlo, GU, ABC Mart, Don Q, dan lain-lain. Ada bayar pajak tambahan dari hotel di luar biaya kamar, staff-nya ngebantu banget ngirim koper/pindahan hotel. Semoga harganya bisa lebih murah.

離京都車站很近，一樓就可以連通7-11，旁邊還有AEON可以逛，生活機能很便利。浴室空間寬敞，有獨立沖洗區，洗乾淨再泡澡，廁所是分開的，還有梳妝台供早上悠哉梳妝整理。

Good location only 5 mins walk to Kyoto Station. Even I lived in the smallest type of room I found it comfortable with a small sofa as well as a mini dining table. During the stay it was in July the weather was extremely hot but nevertheless the air conditioning was excellent which was quiet and could provide a cool atmosphere. This hotel is recommended for a budget consideration which is well worth it.

位置在京都站的後站，相較於前站安靜很多，出站之後2分鐘步行就到了。房間沒有特別大，但因為體貼的設計使用上非常舒服。樓下就是7-11，aeon mall走路5-8分鐘即到，非常方便！備品也很貼心，可以自行取用。唯一小缺點是隔音稍稍不好，安靜時能聽到樓上的腳步聲。

We booked the room because its closed to Kyoto station. The room is spacious as we booked twin beds room and it's with clean bathtub, cleaning services provided everyday.
In the first room, the air conditioner had hugh noise, we tried to get use to it but could not and call reception. A lady from the reception (around 11pm on Mar 24) immediately came to the room to check and just after a few mins she checked there was another same type room empty nearby, asked us to hear if the noise is smaller and offered us to change room immediately. She was very professional, efficient and willing to offer help sincerely. Very appreciated her and we had nice sleep in the rest of few days!
The hotel is very busy, can see lots of visitors check in and out but every staff is still very polite, responsive and helpful! Recommend to stay if you go to Kyoto!
