I really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

The rooms are quite small but apart from that very comfortable stay with lots of options within walking distance.

Close to subway, eating and shopping options. Walking distance to shopping street and Dotonbori.

Excellent price quality

Location is convenient. Near to the metro station and there is a 24-hr supermarket right next to it.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and is much bigger than most hotel with king size bed. Enough space to open luggage. Still have room for a round table and 2 chairs. Toilet are separated with Dry and wet area. Four coin-operated Self service washing/dryer machines. Good breakfast option. Kid (5yo) breakfast price is same as adult.

Convenient location that's at the edge of the busy Shinsaibashi area. 24hr Aeon food mall at level 1 offers late night snacks and food options. Hotel is standard business hotel and provides the necessary.

Clean room and lobby, large bathroom. The entrance is hard to find though since there were no signs to check in on the 3rd floor.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. It’s convenient for travelling to a lot of places plus the24 hours supermarket downstairs

Great spacious hotel with very kind staff in a prime location!

The hotel was convenient, there are the Aeon convenient store and McDonald’s next to the hotel, 15mins walk to Pokémon cafe, subway station and shopping mall, 20mins walk to Dotonbori, bus stop about 10mins walk to the hotel however there is another hotel has the same name that was confused, we lost at night time. The room was smaller than from the pic; we booked 2 beds for 3 people, turned out the twin beds that only fit 2 people, they only gave 2 pillows in the room, called the front desk, no room service, we had to go down to the lobby to get the extra pillows. The front desk staffs were friendly but they weren’t speaking English fluently, we asked for help to book taxi but they couldn’t help for what we needed. Toothbrushes and other bathroom things, you will need to pick them up at the lobby by yourself. Breakfast was ok. This hotel may be ok with the other people but we didn’t like it.

We opted for the deluxe room with a queen bed for our family of 3, my toddler is 4. Luckily the bed was a standard Queen size and fit the 3 of us well! The room was small but standard for Japan, but made really good use of wooden shelving (2 rows of it) bordering around the bed for extra storage, making it easy to put our things out and easy to grab. The breakfast buffet was delicious! I do not regret adding it on at all. The options change daily and we enjoyed having a great breakfast to fuel our day before heading out. Having a supermarket downstairs and a subway station a minute away was definitely the cherry on top. The convenience!!!!!

Very near to 3 subway lines, easy to get to several major transport nodes (shinkansen, osaka station, osaka-namba stations). Near to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street (5-10 min walk) but this area is rather quiet, not noisy). Aeon Supermarket right below the hotel, good to get breakfast or supper.

The staff and location were excellent, but the cleanliness standard was just average.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. However maybe it was my own mismanaged expectation, I found the rooms to be much smaller than expected. There's barely room to walk with suitcases open. There's no safety deposit box in the room neither. The reception's English level was not as great as I'd expect from a large hotel chain at a touristy location. We had to communicate through translating machines which was inefficient. Perhaps their target audience is more business folks than tourists. Overall experience is good, but room for improvement.
