Couldnt fault this hotel for value for money, location and staff were efficient and friendly.

Great location, near commercial area, very quiet though. Variable food choices, walk distance to metro!

Really nice find in Kyoto. Walking distance from lots of shopping and restaurants as well as a subway station and bus stops. Excellently appointed rooms and common spaces. Perfect.

Had to wait past 3pm for check in as our room was not ready for some reason, which cuts into time to plan other things. We really wanted that shower first and to change clothes. They have a luggage locker room, but that didn’t suit our needs. Otherwise the property was beautifully maintained and had a nice garden as well. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.

The location is great, near public transportation for the major sites. The staff is very friendly. I would stay again if I visit.

Centrally located with some excellent restaurants right around the corner, easy access to public transportation and sites. Nice size room (studio triple) for 3 people, big picture window, with 3rd bed ready early for us. Helpful international English-speaking staff - little curious that none are Japanese. Only complaint is that the mattresses are a soft step up from pavement. Otherwise the room (and shower!) is very comfortable.

Very nice hotel. The room with kitchenette is fantastic and very well thought out. Nice design. The gym with the adition of some elastic bands and some heavier dumbells will be perfect too. Overall great value. Will come back!

The hotel is very well located for visitors wanting to explore Kyoto´s shrines. It´s very close to train stations. It is well kept and the staff was very attentive. I loved the decor and tranquil atmosphere. I would stay here again. The laundry room was an added plus.
