Tuyệt vời, không có gì để chê khi mọi thứ đều tốt. Gần ga tàu, bình yên, thoải mái. Nhất định sẽ quay lại trong thời gian gần.

Very good experience with this short term appartement rental. We felt like part of the Tokyo community with little to no other tourists beside us. The location was perfect for transport being right next to a subway station. About 7min walk (station has a direct line to the NRT airport). There were plenty of local restaurants near by and if you want many choices in on place you can head to the mall under the sky tree (more expensive and might have line ups). We received all the information needed to access our apartment from the owner prior to our arrival. We had 2 bedrooms with 4 beds. Kitchen was small but functional and there were no designated dining area but it wasn't an issue for us as we did not eat at the apartment but mattress could have been moved to make room to eat.
I encourage future visitors to go to the roof top as the view is beautiful specially at night!

Room 102 was very clean and the layout was great for our group. Distance to Skytree and Oshiage station were convenient. Other than text messages for check in, there was no further communication or contact with staff. Wash machine is small, but worked great during our stay. Drying clothes was challenging for us. Only complaint was an unpleasant oder emminating from the bathroom at times, but that would not stop us from staying here again.
